Barack Obama has a pen and he is not afraid to use it! That is the message he sent in a recent press conference when he said the following:
But one of the things I’ll be emphasizing in this meeting is that we are not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help that they need.
I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone, and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure our kids are getting the best education possible, making sure that our businesses are getting the kind of support and help they need to grow and advance, to make sure that people are getting the skills that they need to get those jobs that our businesses are creating.
And I’ve got a phone that allows me to convene Americans from every walk of life, nonprofits, businesses, the private sector, universities, to try to bring more and more Americans together around what i think is a unifying theme; making sure that this is a country where if you work hard, you can make it.
And so one of the things that I’m going to be talking to my cabinet about is how do we use all the tools available to us, not just legislation, in order to advance a mission that I think unifies all Americans, the belief that everybody’s got to take responsibility, everybody’s got to work hard, but if you do, that you can support a family and meet the kinds of obligations that you have to your self and your family, but also to your communities and your neighbors.
In other words the Congress be damned! He intends to do whatever the hell he wants to do and if the Congress is not on board he will simply act on his own to get what he wants. One way or the other Barack Obama will pass his radical agenda. He seems to have no concern about the checks and balances built into the constitution, or the separation of powers contained within, which went out of its way to limit the powers of the president and of the Federal government.
It is clear to me that Barack Obama has no concept of, or doesn’t give a damn about, the difference between being a president and being a dictator or king. And this man was a constitutional lawyer…..

Now, with his magic pen, if he can declare SCOTUS on permanent recess as is congress he along with Eric and Valerie can ease our transition to the promised land of socialism. In no time we can be as prosperous as the new South Africa with soul brother #2 in charge (James Brown-R. I .P.- will always be soul brother #1).

If SCOTUS does not ruled his non-recess recess appointments unconstitutional there is nothing that Obama will not be able to do. The Congress will be in effect null and void and the SCOTUS will be inconsequential as Obama will wield all the power.

This is funny in light of SCOTUS having just heard oral arguments on BO ‘recess appointments’ and the justices were skepitical of the DOJ’s opinion that BO can decide when Congress is in recess.

This also pales in comparison to the news that the 911 murderer is allowed to have his rants published. Also Iran’s leader Is gloating over the recently signed nuclear agreement. Our dictator in charge needs to be impeached for his betrayal of this country.

Let’s hope SCOTUS does the right thing but we heard SCOTUS was mocking Obama during the Obamacare hearing and we all know how that turned out–nothing is guaranteed! The world is currently mocking and laughing at Obama and I thought he was the only one who could restore America’s standing in the world.

His idea of restoring is ‘droning’ them down! Too bad he doesn’t act on his lies (transparency, all those good things) rather than his real mission and the intentions or those who run him. These shoe in leaders don’t represent the American people, if they didn’t they wouldn’t be in the positions they hold: e.g. JFK.

He can and will do this. And if an Executive Order is challenged it will take years to reach the Supreme Court for a decision on it constitutionality. What is it, that will restrain him—-his understanding of the Constitution. Ha!

I keep thinking that this should scare the hell out of everyone. Am I wrong? It sure sends up a red flag to me, but I am not sure what it will take with others. For him to pretty much say that he is going to do what he wants, the Supremes and Congress be damned is pretty arrogant. I guess they are waiting to see if there is any push back and we all know the answer there. The media will praise him with saying he is doing all he can for us little people and it is, of course, the Republicans that are stopping him, so what other choice does he have. I guess I never thought there could be that many stupid people in the United States that time and time again could have this pulled on them. I am sure you know what I think of stupid people and their right to VOTE!
