MSNBC blames Chris Stevens for his own death in Benghazi
I read about this story over at Bunkerville, please head over there for more. Is it any wonder why many of us feel the mainstream media in general, and MSNC in particular, to be nothing more than the fourth branch of the Federal government–the propaganda arm of an out of control government?
MSNBC host Katty Kay actually blamed Chris Stevens for his own death in Benghazi:
On today’s Morning Joe, the BBC’s Kay called the newly-released Senate report on the Benghazi attack “sad” because it showed that Stevens was “fallible.” Kay claimed that “he didn’t ask for and even rejected some of the security he might have had.”
According to Katty Kay Chris Stevens was only human therefor he was fallible and did not ask for more security even though all the signs pointed towards a deteriorating situation in Benghazi due to Barack Obama’s Arab Spring. She went so far as to claim Chris Stevens might have rejected the security we know he so longed for, that on its face is inconceivable.
Of course we all know that Chris Stevens begged the State Department for more security in the months leading up to the deadly attack, but was ignored because this would have proved that Barack Obama was lying about al-Qaeda being on the run. Katty Kay was either ignorant of these reports or ignored them in an attempt to clear the presumptive Democratic nominee in 2016, Hillary Clinton, of any blame in the attack and the events which led up to it.
I am inclined to believe the latter, for if a small, part-time amateur blogger such as myself read the reports of Chris Stevens begging the State Department for more security surely a professional journalist, such as Katty Kay, also read these same reports. Right?

Yes the Dem are moving to the left. Witness the election of Senator Warren, Mayor De Blassio, Governor McAuillfe. The lazy American electorate just wants more free stuff. I think the ads are maybe running to soon. People have short memories. Billions spent by the Dem the month before the election will undo all of these adds. As we know the Rep are not much better. The Rep party needs to be co-opted by conservatives. Conservative Independents need to be encouraged to register as Rep for the primaries. Not voting is plain stupid at this point. Christie and Bush should not be even considered as potential Rep candidates. Either we jam on the brakes or we get off the train before the wreck.

You may have a point about the ads, it may backfire if people get tired of hearing them for months but if they are going to run them now I don’t think they can let up until after the election. The Republicans need to be thrown out as well for I question whether they really want to repeal Obamacare or simply wish to be in control of it.

It is infuriating to hear this sort of reporting, but shouldn’t we be used to it by now? It doesn’t matter that it is just a flat out lie, the important thing is that there are those gullible enough to believe what that damn tube spits out at them. As we know, the media just doesn’t care if it is correct, they just want to get it out there first, worry about having to retract it later. How low the media elite have fallen with this Administration, huh?

And you use the word “reporting” loosely for this is not reporting at all, it is nothing more than propaganda.The media is not interested in getting a story correct, only in advancing the agenda and yes it is sad that so many people accept what the media “reports” without questioning it.

To play Devil’s Advocate for a moment—of course Chris Steven was responsible for his own death. Had he not joined the foreign service, had he not accepted the posting in Libya, and had he stayed in Tripoli that fateful day he would still be alive. In fact had he not been born he would still be alive—oops! You are right those at MSNBC, as well in most in the media would say anything to deflect blame from their beloved Obama and Cinton—truth be damned!

Yep! Chris Stevens was doomed form the get go if you listen to them. They should be ashamed of themselves and they would be if they had a damn soul!

Yeah, he got what he deserved for trying to do what he thought was right. He should have known better! That is basically what MSNBC is saying here.
