New Hampshire House approves in-state tuition for illegals
Earlier today the New Hampshire House passed a bill which would grant illegal aliens in-state tuition by a vote of 188-155.
House Bill 474 would require the students to apply for legal residency or sign an affidavit that they will apply for legal residency as soon as they are eligible to do so. Under a 2012 law, all students seeking in-state tuition must sign an affidavit that they are legal residents of the United States. A copy of the application for legal residency or the affidavit must be filed with the University System of New Hampshire.
Under the provisions of the bill this means that roughly 100 illegal aliens in New Hampshire will be eligible for in-state tuition. A small number, but that is not the point.
The bill is unlikely to pass the New Hampshire Senate but we must not take anything for granted. If you are a New Hampshire resident please contact your State Senator and demand that he or she votes against this legislation.

Thanks for spreading the word on this, we need to stop this in its tracks!

I have difficulty believing it. The politicians are so desperate to get re-elected they will stoop low enough to be damaging to citizens. ICE cannot go to colleges to arrest the illegals? Of course they can. It is not, politically conducive to a healthy career.

And when push come to shove all the politicians really care about is getting reelected and they do not care who their policies hurt as long as they achieve this goal.

Does an illegally imprisoned american in Mexico get in state tuition while languishing in one of their filthy shithouses they call jail, beyond the reach of any of our shameless lame inert bureaucrats in Washington? We are indeed an exceptional people; increasingly exceptionally stupid.

For a fun read that will have you shouting at any one who will listen, look up the immigration laws for Mexico. And to think, that pecker-wood Caldaron came to our country and lectured us like foolish children, and got a standing ovation for it from the Slave-Makers in congress. Wow!

I have seen their laws and I have to admit that I wish the US had the same policies as Mexico on this issue.

Astounding! While citizens are ‘equalized’ with the lowest common denominator, law breakers are lifted up to tread on the children of those who have worked and saved and obeyed the laws of the land for 18+ years. And yet these libtards will keep voting for their gods and demi-gods of the great world religion politic. If only the lemmings would feel the plunging pain in their bung-holes, wake up, and find that they really aren’t lemmings and actually have a voice ~~~ and teeth! Let’s all shout really loud… 1 … 2 … 3…. WAKE UP LEMMINGS, WAKE UP!

Luckily this appears DOA in the State Senate but we must remain vigilant.

Truly but the fact that there are fools bold enough to actually try to write this into legislation just sickens the soul and threatens to rob a man of hope. I think I’ll go watch V for Vendetta to cheer myself up 😀 have a good night

Yeah, this is something which should not even be debated in the first place!

Stop this thing while you can, because once this ball gets rolling it is very hard-if not impossible to stop. And it happens very quickly. I would raise hell with your senator in NH.

As we all know Steve, 100 is a great kickoff number for the oncoming incrementalism perfected to a science by the leftys/marxists/socialists/progressives/communists; take your pick. Massachusetts got a faux Cherokee, Maine got the Somalis and their mosques, who are you guys gonna’ get?

We are getting Massachusetts transplants who are trying to escape from that state’s policies only to vote for the same type of politicians who got that state into the mess they are leaving in the first place.

Send them to Jersey. This state, even with a republican governor, is so far gone that Mass refugees would be nothing more than another drop in the pocket. The incredible bulk will probably welcome them with open arms .
