Afterburner with Bill Whittle: Boiling Frogs

January 31, 2014

Let us pretend for a moment that when you die instead of meeting God and Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates you are instead met with a military tribunal which consists of every single person who fought and died for our freedoms. This tribunal will include heroes from the Revolutionary War all the way up to those who died in the current conflicts in the Middle East.

This tribunal has a strong case against you which you must defend: they will want to know why they died so you could elect politicians who have done everything from setting up “free speech zones” around political conventions, to dictating to you how large your sugary drinks could be, and much, much more.

You will be asked how you allowed this to happen when they died to ensure you were free and you will be charged not for fighting this battle and losing, but for not having fought at all. How will you fair at your tribunal? Bill Whittle has envisioned this exact scenario and while he has done so much to spread the word of governmental overreach even he has to admit he would not be looking forward to such a tribunal.

Here is the latest Afterburner with Bill Whittle and once again it is a must watch video, what else would you expect?

Well, yeah, that’s real special . . . but the fact is, we’ll be met not by military heroes but by Jesus Christ, who will likely be more concerned with what we did for the poor and disadvantaged among us . . . and I doubt He’ll be impressed when we tell him we cut off their unemployment for their own good.

Take good care and may God bless us all!

Of course we will not be met with the military when we die, it was a thought invoking statement not meant to be taken literally but of course you know that. As far as unemployment benefits go; I have no problem extending them due to the economy, I just wish it didn’t come down to this but this administration’s policies have done nothing to improve the job creating environment so this is the only alternative if for the unemployed to receive more unemployment benefits when they would be better off in the long run if the president had focused on jobs in the first place and not on passing healthcare reform, which took up a majority of his first year in office.

No, no, no. I wouldn’t want to face such a tribunal. I woke up late in life. For years I voted for the lessor evil or for the one with an “R” after their name and I rarely paid attion to primaries. No, no. They desrved better than me.

Like the frog we have been incrementally seduced into giving up our freedoms. Each generation has a new normal. Part of the problem is our lack of knowkedge about key issues affecting our country. Despite all of the information available to us how informed are we on key issues?

The internet is great, but it is also full of misinformation. The MOP controls the flow of information and misinforms the country all the time. Even the so called fair and balanced news outlets don’t report stories correctly. In a country where a petition on the WH website with only 100000 signatures for the deportation of JB becomes the most important topic being discussed, how is the average person going to know what is important?

Yes, it is in my tagline and it is all too true what Madison said:
I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpations.

When still a procrastinating child my father told me Tomorrow never comes. But through the magic of progressive/socialist/marxist/communist-take your pick- incrementalism, tomorrow has finally come for this nation and its freedoms. We can be reasonably sure this is true since it seems there is no more tomorrow coming unless we all wake up. Although I had voted for Nixon, Reagan, and Bush one twice, I was still a political moron until I began paying attention to what the criminal Clintons were up to with the Hillary care proposals. It is still a mystery to most of us how after five years of this wrecking ball the sleeping giant has not been awoken..

It is a mystery until you remember that just about half of Americans are on the government dole and will never vote to take money out of their own pockets. With them out of the mix we have to win most of the remaining vote and that is a tall task.

We the People surrendered and lost our rights and freedoms through the never ending human carnage of unwanted wars, we never really won, that we were never really supposed to win; only to die, get maimed and to show all the innocents the horrors of wars occupation and its mind control fear, through corruption.

What possible threat were the decaying obsolete Muslims in the Twentieth Century? They were nothing until America told them “We are here to save you from yourselves.” While Muslims simply enjoyed killing each other, as they have all through time, for this or that Koran quote or their interpretation.

Bill Whittles new testament is We the Peoples epitaph. Once, Paul Revere had to hold a lantern and warn We the People that the red coats are coming. Now Bill Whittle uses the most advanced communications system ever devised by man and blanks are fired and heard on CD, DVD and STD.

We the People have not evolved, we have devolved.

I’m afraid I’m not looking forward to my trial either. When it comes right down to the truth, have any of us really done enough to preserve our freedoms and liberty?
