Battleground Texas ceases its questionable tactics used in an attempt to turn Texas into a blue state

February 26, 2014

Last week America’s Watchtower covered the story of Battleground Texas and the possibility that the group was violating Texas law by sharing voters personal information. You can read that story here if you are not familiar with it.

Today we are learning that Battleground Texas has stopped using this tactic in their support of Wendy Davis and their attempt to turn Texas into a blue state:

Battleground Texas began contradicting their previous statements and stance in telling Reuters that they stopped the practice. The organization claims the practice ceased due to the questionable legality of the practice.

Chalk up a small victory for the new media–is it any wonder high profile liberals such as Bill Maher and Alec Baldwin are complaining about the influence of the new media?

Kind of nice having James O’Keefe on our side, isn’t it?
