US study looks at paying Mexican gay male prostitutes for remaining disease free

March 21, 2014

When asked about budget cuts Nancy Pelosi once famously quipped the the cupboard was bare and there were not any more cuts which could be made. Now we are learning in this article that the US is conducting a study at the cost of  roughly $400,ooo to determine whether we should pay Mexican gay male prostitutes to remain disease free in order to increase condom use in that country.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is spending $398,213 on a project studying whether paying male Mexican sex workers for being free of sexually transmitted diseases will increase condom use. The study, “Conditional Economic Incentives to Reduce HIV Risks: A Pilot in Mexico,” began in June 2011 and is funded through the end of May 2014.

According to the study abstract, one group of 100 individuals will “receive low incentive ($200 pesos/each time) only if they are free of STIs at months 6 and 12.”

Another group of 100 will receive high incentives “($500 pesos/each time) if they are free of STIs at months 6 and 12.”

Granted, when you are talking about a budget as large as the United States budget $400,000 is a paltry figure, but there are many, many programs such as this and when added together it begins to turn into a not insignificant amount of money.

You have to start somewhere and programs such as this seem to be a logical starting point and yet the Federal government is unwilling to make even the most meager of cuts to even make the impression they are serious about the upcoming deficit calamity.

And the reason for this is simple in my opinion, they are not serious about deficit, or spending, reduction because the budget is all about pushing forward the agenda, and that is why they feel programs like this are necessary and untouchable.

You’re welcome, and yes, it is, plus taxpayers fund the nonsense. Audits indicate that recipients of money for grants and studies contribute heavily to Obama’s campaign. It all ties in. Degeneracy and kickbacks.

If there is one war we have a right to declare, it’s a war with Mexico. We’re being invaded and occupied. The Mexican government has made brochures explaining how to get into the US without being noticed, and how to live there without being noticed. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a nation as powerful (the most powerful) as the US helps a country that is invading us.

I’m not an advocate for war. There are very few circumstances where I think something as terrible as war should happen. But in a case like this, we shouldn’t let them shit all over the US publicly, then give their citizens advice on how to commit crimes against us. We could take all of Mexico and get a few new states if we pleased. And I’m starting to think that’s a good idea.

But whatever, let’s just give them condoms. At least we’ll be protected when they fuck us from now on.

What we are doing on the border is insane and it could be stopped but the truth is that neither side wants to stop it because they are afraid of alienating a voting base.

Yessir. The truth about politics is that politicians don’t care about policies, because policies don’t matter, voters do.

The paltry sum of $400,000 is beside the point. The United States Government shouldn’t be spending a single solitary dime on making sure homosexual prostitutes are disease free. Doesn’t matter what country they live in.

So my guess is that they’ll fly them to DC for closed-door testimony.
