Obamacare: Barack Obama delays the sign-up deadline
As I am sure everybody is aware of by now late last night Barack Obama decided to push back the Obamacare enrollment date to provide people who have been having trouble signing up for the law a little extra time to come into compliance.
Much has been written about this already–including Harry Reid claiming the deadline had to be pushed back not because of the website’s problems but rather because too many people haven’t been educated in how to properly use the internet–so I have decided that rather than simply repeating what others have already written I would approach this from a different angle.
Earlier this month Health and Human Services official Julie Bataille was asked about the possibility of pushing back the sign-up deadline and she claimed the regime did not have the authority to do this even if they wanted to.
“We have no plans to extend the open enrollment period,” HHS official Julie Bataille said. “In fact, we don’t actually have the statutory authority to extend the open enrollment period in 2014.”
So what has changed? How does the Obama regime suddenly have the authority to do this after admitting they did not? Is this not an admission that the Obama regime does not feel compelled to follow the law they created and does this not show that Barack Obama feels he is above the law?

I’m shaking my head in disbelief. You can’t make this stuff up. TIME FOR INDICTMENTS.

Well, it all comes down to IF no one does anything about it, they can get away with it. We have yet to find that “anyone” who would step forward to bust them. Shaking the head in disbelief, Brittius is not only being performed by you, most of us do that on a daily basis when all this nonsense comes out. If it didn’t have such drastic repercussions on the public, I would say they just were unqualified to make decisions, but we all know this is cold and calculated and meant to do as much damage to US as they possibly can and they are enjoying it while it happens. Peter, I am sure that is the time frame they are aiming for, just a little at a time and maybe we will not notice. NOT!

That is the problem, if the Republicans are not going to do anything about it then why wouldn’t he keep doing things like this? So why don’t the Republicans do anything? I think it is because they don’t actually have a problem with it and in fact they hope to use this type of power if they ever win the majority again.

Didn’t Obama blame the Republicans for a government shut down because they wanted to delay ObamaCare? So where is the GOP noise?

The GOP should be all over this, but the problem is that they abandoned Cruz’s effort and now they don’t want to go crawling back to him because it will make him more popular and they fear a Cruz candidacy.

I think they figured out that they don’t have enough ‘containment/confinement camps’ yet to stockpile all the descenders/non-compilers – or those who don’t know what do! Or people just figure to reverse what they first say, knowing the opposite will be true!

They are sweating bullets that they will lose the senate. Nothing will stop them from saving Harry Reid and his ignorance.

That’s what should happen, Bunker, however we know they can always pull votes out of their arses!!! Harry Reid should not be in the Senate and he sure as heck should not be in control of the Senate, but they have their ways of keeping things how they want them. We just had our vote here in Illinois for Gov., state and county issues. One of the guys that was in the Republican run for Gov. lost by 22 votes, let me repeat 22 VOTES. He did not contest it, I am wondering what would cause someone not to contest 22 votes!!! Well, the Republican front runner that will go up against Gov. Quinn is a multi-millionaire, if not a billionaire, he is in big with Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago bunch, but he ran as a Republican. I am sure you can form your own opinion what is going on, but I wonder about a plant. I seem to question everything that goes on now, nothing surprises me anymore….

No doubt they had something on him from thirty years ago, thanks to the Chicago connections to D.C.

Probably right! What happened to the days of people being honest and trustworthy? Long gone? I have become so cynical these days that I pick apart just about everything. I just can’t seem to take anyone in politics at face value anymore.

Such is the state of politics in America! These people need to be held accountable and it is clear it is up to the American people to do it Sadly I don’t think enough Americans are paying attention, or else they do not care, and so this is what we are left with.
