Feds to send in riot squads to quell anti-illegal immigration protesters?

July 6, 2014

Recently a band of protesters in Murrieta, California, upset with the idea the Federal government is apparently preparing to dump illegal immigrants in their community, were successful at turning back a bus load of said illegal immigrants.

That did not sit well with the Federal government and it is now being reported that they intend to send Federal Marshals and ICE agents, complete with riot gear, to quell what the Obama regime probably feels is an insurrection.

  Here is more:

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California–a town that neighbors Murrieta–told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that “it’s going to get ugly.”

Oliver said, “The feds are pissed that they haven’t been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday–they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back.”

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

“We’re being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear,” Henry said. “They’re apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through.

Proving, if this story is true, that it is dangerous to be right when the Federal government is wrong. And by ignoring our immigration laws and allowing these people to cross over the border and then transporting them to different states there is no doubt in my mind the Federal government is in the wrong.

Our immigration system may be broken but one of the biggest reasons it does not work is because the Federal government refuses to enforce the laws because they do not agree with them. Need I say it again? This is the Hegelian dialectic of conflict resolution on full display…..

I’ve come to expect nothing less from our gov’t at this point. God bless those protesters.

This is an issue that seems to have galvanized a rather large section of the people and it looks like it might be about to escalate. Obama has pushed the envelope a couple of different times and it seems as if he is trying to incite something.

No Steve, it is already over. There will be no opposition to the flood because the SHAME POLICE are already in control. Already, the MSM has portrayed the protestors as “anti-women”, “anti-children” and “anti-minority” which means the opposition has no right to protest because they are ‘bad people’. The MSM has focused on the few bad apples at the protest and has used that to discredit the whole group.

Don’t forget ‘anti-immigration.’ That’s how some articles were characterizing the protesters.

There are 15,000 comments now. Last night when I read the article, the comments were at 7500. For the next 3 hrs, until 11:30 pm, it was averaging a 1000 comments/hr.

Has there been any verification on this? There aren’t any updates to the article.

The feds have no Constitutional authority to force residents to comply with this. Even if the ‘leadership’ of Murietta agreed to allow this, the People are saying no. The elected officials of the town are supposed to obey the People who elected them, not the federal government.

I really hope nothing bad happens to Murietta residents.

Laura, “We the people” is gone. It doesn’t matter what the people say, especially here in radical leftist California. Just like the book “1984” shows, big brother will tell us what we can, and can’t do. Mostly, what we can’t do.

Normally I would agree with you Bruce but this time the media might not be able to spin it. Too many people seem to be upset about this just because of the volume and the fact they are being dumped in the neighborhoods. I don’t normally allow myself to get too optimistic but this might be the time Obama finally pushed things too far. At least I hope it is…..

Laura, the number of people responding to that article shows how much the people oppose this and I think it is a legitimate number. I think what might be happening here is that people who never thought they would be affected by Obama’s policies are now seeing these illegals dumped in their neighborhoods and just maybe they are starting to wake up! I hope!

Steve, I hope you are right. Other than Hugh Hewitt and Dennis Prager, my information comes from the far left media here in California, and with Sacramento as the Capitol, I really get only one side. All I know is how Murrieta is being covered here.
Laura, what we do is vote at EVERY election, tell people who will listen why we feel the way we do. Come to sites like this and talk with others who feel like we do. We read books that help us clarify our thoughts, and never give up. But I still see a very bleak future. As Dinesh D’souza says in his new title, “America, imagine a world without it”

Bruce, it’s gonna take more than continuing to vote according to how the corrupt political parties and illegitimate government says we must.

We need to come from OUTSIDE the political parties. They have no interest in changing things in D.C., removing money from our election process, allowing our representatives to do their job of OBEYING their constituents.

Allowing political parties to control things is how we got here. Continuing to follow their lead won’t effect the crucial changes we need to take back control of our government. Doing what we have been doing just gets us more of what we have now. An illegitimate federal government and our ever-shrinking Constitutionally protected Rights.

I agree, but how? I haven’t been a member of a political party for more than 20 years, and I never gave money to a party, only to individuals. But short of insurrection, the vote is all we have. I admit, I agree with W.F. Buckley and vote for the most conservative candidate who has a chance to win, because the reason we have the Whiner-in-Chief is because of the 5% that wanted to make a statement rather than keep the left from taking over. Tell me what more I can do that will have an effect?

So, by running his mouth again, Obama created this mess. Then by doing nothing when this started, he let it build to where it is now. He wants 2 billion to throw at this mess, but couldn’t find the money to let WWII Vets visit the WWII memorial during the sequester.
But more than anything, Obama hates when American citizens stand up for their rights, and dare to say no to Big Government.

There’s another angle. All it takes is the la raza crowd sending in a few professional instigators, ala the may day protests and you have a full blown riot. I’m sure the feds are aware.

It is a sad day when American citizens are told they have to take a back seat to illegal immigrants. By our own government, no less. There is something inherently wrong with this picture.

There is no doubt in my mind that Obama has been trying to egg people on into violence in order to clamp down on them and he may have finally found an issue he can use to do just that. I am glad to see all these people protesting but I hope they do not take the bait and go too far.

The problem with this is that the Democratic controlled Senate will never vote to convict him so even if the House did impeach him it would be meaningless.

The usual problem may result in the ‘wrong people’ being shot. If those responsible for causing (Master minding – aka Pinky & the Brain again) were put away, another group would fill the slot. Meanwhile, the Mexs and those US citizens in the area are extorted. This does show what happens when the ungodly rule – doesn’t matter what patch is on their arm, they’re workers of inequity and we’re seeing the results.

This may very well be EXACTLY what the bastard in the Oval Office has been trying to make happen for a few years now. If Murrieta, California blows up, it gives him a reason to declare Marshall Law. I believe that is just what he has been trying to bring about. It is so evident that he has been scheming along these lines. “The Emperor has no clothes!!!”

He has been trying to egg people into doing something stupid for a long time, there is no doubt about that in my mind. Remember when he got people to actually go to CEO’s houses and protest them? Luckily nothing stupid happened then and I hope it doesn’t happen now!
