Border Patrol union claims the TSA is letting illegal immigrants fly without identification
Just when you thought the situation at the border, and the Obama regime’s response to it, could not get any worse we find out from the Border Patrol union that the TSA is allowing illegal immigrants to fly on commercial airplanes with just their ‘Notice to Appear’ form as identification. Or to put it another way; with no identification.
Here is more from a Border Patrol union spokesman, Hector Garza:
“This is not the CBP [Customs and Border Protection] or another federal agency renting or leasing an aircraft, these are the same planes that the American public uses for domestic travel,” said Garza. “This just adds insult to injury. Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer. The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.”
Spokesman Garza continued, “We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. We know nothing about most of them, ICE releases them into the American public, and now they are boarding aircraft at will with a simple paper document that anyone can easily alter or reproduce themselves.”
And the National Border Patrol Union had this to say:
“The National Border Patrol Council adamantly opposes the decision of DHS to release the illegal aliens who have been transported from the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector to other locations for processing. The lack of consequences has furthered this crisis and will only continue to do so. The fact that TSA is accepting the I-862 (Notice to Appear) as a form of identification and allowing illegal aliens to travel commercially shows just how little regard the federal government has for its own immigration laws.”
Of course we all ready knew that Barack Obama has a complete lack of respect for the immigration laws, so much so that he rewrote them through Executive Order and created this crisis in the first place. Intentionally: ordo ab chao…
Here we have people crossing the border illegally, some have diseases, some belong to gangs, they have no identification, we are taking them at their word that they are who they say they are, and then we are allowing them to fly commercially with no way to track them or to ensure they show up in court. What is the worst that can happen…

Given our knowledge that there are so many terrorist groups in the world that would dearly love to do us harm, this is sheer stupidity. And by the way, I wonder if an American citizen could get away with flying with no valid ID?
Allow me to make a prediction. If we ever have another major terrorist attack on our home soil, it will probably come at the hands of someone who has crossed our southern border illegally.

Of course we have no idea who is coming across our border, it is meant to be that way! I read that we now have 800+ in the Chicago area that were brought in on the Greyhound buses. I look for some coming here to Decatur, it is the natural migration from Chicago, guess Macon County gives better benefits! We also have new “projects” that after placing the inhabitants into the outlying areas of the county (nice schools) when they tore the old ones down, do not want to move back into them. They are nice townhouses, but no one wants to move back there. I could purchase one for around 90,000, nice of them, isn’t it? Well, I see a massive downfall with the transporting illegals all over the country. I doubt that promising to show up for a court hearing is going to be recognized. I also wonder with all the people that work on whatever transportation mode is being used, will they start striking? I sure as hell would. Look at what they are being subjected to!!! Not only with diseases, but who exactly ARE these people they are transporting! Is this the last straw? Are we finally finished? My opinion is that those buses, planes and trains surely can head south as well as north, so that tells me that this was not done to help US out, but to hurt us.

You are right, this is exactly what the Obama regime wants. It is scary to think about the possible danger we are being put in between disease and the chance of terrorism because nobody in the regime cares who is crossing the border! We are seeing some people in Cali stand up to this and I hope it spreads all across the nation!

What did the Founders say to do when this happens? What wise instructions did they leave with us?
Israel of old, is a good example. When they replaced God with idols, started worshiped the creature/pagan religions; purposed to satisfied the lust of their flesh, imaginations and vain thinking (judges of their own righteousness) God gave them up to that. Consequently the spiritual protection came down and their enemies over-took them. They’d whine and confess their wickedness and ask for forgiveness and God would receive back, in His timing (just like babies who realized they’d been ‘bad’!). But, it would happen again and again and either they’d over taken again or an event like Sodom & Gomorrah would happen – which didn’t please God all to do – it grieved Him (‘for all have gone astray’).
So, if the Founders were more God-fearing/believing than this current Admin, then the wisdom they wrote down is worth considering and following. The breakdown of the boarders occurred first in the White House, securing that is what the Founder’s were talking about.

Not only do states have the Natural Right to use their own LEOs to protect themselves – states have a U.S. Constitutional power as well.
Article I Section 10
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”
Engage in war UNLESS ACTUALLY INVADED or in such IMMINENT DANGER as that cannot wait for Congress or the federal government.
I’d say what’s going on most definitely qualifies.
Nor does the federal government have Constitutional authority to force states to accept illegal aliens in their state.

Hi Laura, no they do not have the right, but for some reason they do it anyway and dare us to say anything. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t we put the Representatives and Senators in office to do what WE tell them to do? I did not say “ask”, but “tell”! If I am right about this then someone has some explaining to do as to why they are allowing this crap to happen. It takes some pretty brassy people to do what this administration is doing, but it takes wimps to allow it to keep going on!
I say we cut off ALL money being sent to Mexico AND the South America countries, PERIOD! For them to band against us and allow these illegals to pass thru Mexico to get here is so beyond comprehension, I am at a loss for words. That this President allows it to happen, we can pretty much figure he wants it to happen. This is NOT someone that doesn’t know what he is doing, this has been in the planning stage and it has been implemented. Now, I guess we have to decide how much sickness and money taken from us that we are going to tolerate. I am tapped out and I sure as hell do not want to get sick! We need to stop them at the border with whatever man power is necessary and turn them around with food and water. Apparently if I can figure out that once they get here they are our problem, but IF we do not let them cross the border, they are Mexico’s problem. Surely one of the most intelligent men in the world (Obama) can figure this out!

I’m not sure on what you are disagreeing/agreeing. Are you saying states don’t have a Natural Right and Constitutional authority?
States have a Natural Right to protect themselves against invasion when the federal government refuses to carry out its Constitutional duty to protect each state against invasion. This is in Article IV Section 4
That states have Constitutional authority to go to war when they are being invaded. That is in Article I Section 10, which I quoted above.
Or are you agreeing that the federal government DOESN’T have the authority to force states to house illegal aliens?

I agree, representatives are to listen to and obey only their constituents. Constituents are PEOPLE who live in the elected official’s district. Our representatives don’t because their loyalty to, obedience to, and dependence upon their constituents has been stolen by non-constituent donations to a campaign/elected official.
I say we cut off all donations to all other countries and international organizations. There is no Constitutional authority for any of it anyway.

Sometimes I get typing and want to say a lot in a small space and it might not come out right….the STATES should not allow the FEDS to do what they are doing. We also have our Sheriffs that need to be standing up to them.

Lou, somewhere along the way our representatives stopped being our voice in the Congress and became the voice of the government, doing what they feel is best for us instead of what we sent them there to do. And too many people do not understand what the role of the Federal government is so they just sit back and take it.
