Ebola Czar was involved in Solyndra scandal
Barack Obama has appointed Ron Klain, a man according to CNN who has no medical experience, as his new Ebola Czar. While Mr. Klain has no experience in the medical field he is a Democratic insider with plenty of experience within the government.
In fact he was a “key player” in the Solyndra scandal. He downplayed the risk that was involved in loaning money to Solyndra.

“Ron Klain, then Biden’s chief of staff, dismissed auditor’s concerns about Solyndra’s solvency, reasoning that all innovative companies come with risk.”
Another Solyndra email, reported by Fox News, indicated that Biden’s office were all fans of Solyndra, and that the staff “about had an orgasm” at the prospect of an Energy Department loan.
Klain, a Democratic operative who also served as chief of staff to Vice President Al Gore, had a hand in pushing for President Obama’s visit to a Solyndra factory in California during the 2010 midterms. ”Sounds like there are some risk factors here — but that’s true of any innovative company that POTUS would visit,” Klain wrote in an email the day before. “It looks like it is OK to me, but if you feel otherwise, let me know.”
Solyndra received over $500 million in government loans before closing its doors so perhaps Mr. Klain should have been concerned. And now he is the face of the Obama regime for the duration of the Ebola crisis.
The good news is that in this capacity he will not be propagandizing the financial aspects of a preferred business, the bad news is he will be propagandizing something much more important; the lives and welfare of the American people…

He handed out the stimulus money so it says it all. Money coming down the pipeline big time to equip the Hospitals — Testing equipment, Apparel, drug development. Follow the money, it always leads to our fund raiser in chief.

An Ebola czar is the last thing we need. Especially when the person is just another Obama crony political hack. We need the CDC and NIH to do their damn jobs and kid themselves and us the America’s hospital are prepared to handle Ebola. They are not! We have only a couple of cases right now. If Ebola reaches South or Central America, then what?

sad thing is the solyndra tech WORKED. if they hadn’t gotten the government money they’d probably still be in business, and growing at a rapid pace.
that much cash, in that short of a period of time, makes people stupid.

well, solyndra tech worked as tubes..no flat panels. so it didn’t matter if they were oriented at the sun or not. traditional fixed flat panels gain/lose efficiency the sun they get…either accept the loss, or motorize the panels to orient towards the sun…and pay the electrical and weight penalty for the motors. this also adds maintenance costs, and you can’t put them close together in case they break down.
solyndra made it so you could densely pack the tubes in a small space, and they had just about the same efficiency (and thus predictability) no matter where the sun was in the sky. all with no moving parts, and light weight. and the tubes didn’t turn into “wings” and try to take off in high winds like flat panels do.
when they went bankrupt I had hoped someone would buy the patents and the parts from the company and still produce, at least until they ran out. but instead solyndra destroyed nearly everything before they left.

Great information, thanks for sharing it. I always thought it was funny they destroyed what they did but I thought it was to cover something up. Perhaps they decided if they could not benefit from this technology than nobody should be able to.
