Gunrunner: Newly released emails show the White House and the DOJ targeted Sharyl Attkisson

November 22, 2014

fastandfuriouscoverup_12 With Eric Holder officially on the way out we are now starting to get some interesting revelations on the Department of Injustice’s probable role in trying to cover up the Fast and Furious scandal. Perhaps the emails which Barack Obama tried to hide through Executive Privilege–which a judge ordered released–are beginning to give us an insight into how far the regime was willing to go in order to hide what was really going on in arming Mexican drug cartels. It appears as if Eric Holder is leaving just in time, could it be related to these documents?

Judicial Watch received another 42,000 pages of documents last week and is now reporting that the DOJ and the White House targeted Sharyl Attkisson because they felt she was “out of control.” Of course by out of control they meant she was doing her job…

    Here is more:

The documents are explosive.  For instance, our initial review of the documents shows the DOJ and White House targeted then-CBS journalist Sharyl Attkisson:

On October 4, 2011, Holder’s top press aide Tracy Schmaler tells White House Deputy Press Sectary Eric Schultz, “I’m also calling Sharryl’s [sic] editor and reaching out to Scheiffer. She’s out of control”

Schultz responded, “Good.  Her piece was really bad for the AG.”

Notice Schultz did not say her piece was untrue and he did not imply that it was nothing but a hit-piece? No, he said it was “really bad” for the AG which means it was most likely true. He never questioned the validity of the story.

Sharyl Attkisson was working for CBS at the time and she was eventually silenced by the network before the two parted ways. One has to wonder what was said when the DO(I)J reached out to her editor–did they make the network an offer it could not refuse…

  But that is not all:

Schultz also detailed to Schmaler that he was working with a journalist (Susan Davis, formerly of the National Journal) to target Rep. Darryl Issa (R-CA), the House Republican leading the charge on Fast and Furious:

“And I sent NJ’s Susan Davis your way. She’s writing on Issa/FandF and I said you could load her up on the leaks, etc.”

At the same time the Department of Injustice was trying to silence one journalist it was providing another with leaks because that journalist was going after Darrell Issa.

But there is not even a smidg, oh wait wrong scandal, move along nothing to see here…

Now, … THIS has to be an Impeachable offence! You do know that criticizing any one of these SOB’s is an offence punishable by 2 years? Please watch the video I sent you yesterday, by Judge Napolitano – the one on “Natural Law” … but of course, feel free to fast forward past the “stories” …

On his show the other night, Sean Hanity showed how the networks covered Jonathan Grueiber’s story. Fox 799 references, MSNBC 79, NBC 4 CBS 1. So with numbers like that, no matter how damning this information is, if the MSM doesn’t have the courage to cover it, it is as Steve says, “move along” time.

That is quite telling isn’t it? The only network covering this is singing to the choir while the networks the liberals watch are ignoring it. That is why it is so hard to get the word out to his most ardent supporters. And of course it is intentional…
