Hillary Clinton in 2003: The Bush administration’s lack of transparency ‘raises the suspicion that it has something to hide’

March 31, 2015

I first saw the following video at Bunkerville so a hat-tip is in order. Back in 2003 Hillary Clinton stated the following:

“In taking their action to evade or avoid providing information, the administration unnecessarily raises the suspicion that it has something to hide, that it might use the claim of national security to hide mistakes that are literally questions of life and death for Americans”

   Here is the aforementioned video:

But that was then and this is now. She was disgusted by the actions the Bush regime took to hide information from the public and from the Congress back then but as Secretary of State she took actions which make George Bush look like a rank amateur.

After all, this comes from a woman who set up her own personal email server so that she could conduct all State Department business and she did it in order to avoid transparency by shielding herself, and State Department communications, from FOIA requests and Congressional inquiry. Or in her own words she took “action to evade or avoid providing information.”

When George Bush hid behind the veil of national security she claimed it looked as though he had “something to hide” however when she took these extraordinary steps to hide her official business it was a matter of convenience–she claimed she did it so she would not have to carry around more than one device. (That has been proven to be a lie.)

Of course she claims she has turned over all official communications but she did delete 30,000 emails she claimed were personal, but the aides who deleted these emails never actually confirmed they were personal so in my opinion it looks as though she has something to hide.

Even the propaganda arm of the Obama regime and the Democratic party, MSNBC, was forced to admit that by wiping her emails clean it showed the former Secretary of State and 2016 Presidential hopeful had a “consciousness of guilt.” Is this not an admission that her actions raise the suspicion she has something to hide?

And when it comes to hiding mistakes “that are literally questions of life and death for Americans,” Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith, and Glen Doherty might have something to say about that…if they were still alive that is.

Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium

hillary is one of those people who subscribe to the ‘do as I say, not as I do, one rule for me, and a different rule for you’ school of thought. 🙂

She sure is! I hope the American people are waking up to this. This does not seem to be going away anytime soon and with any luck this will take her out of 2016 contention, although none of the other Democratic candidates would be any better…

All I can do is snicker.

Even if you didn’t like George Bush, he still followed the rules.

Our New and Improved Democrats are a study in political filth and wanton power lust.

I think they all try to ‘out do’ each other. Each cabinet get worse then its predecessor and Hilly has had lots of practice. Have to build bigger closets for all the skeletons (skull and bones pirates).

Yeah, each one takes a little more power and pushes the boundaries and will keep doing so until there is no more power left to take.

Thanks for the shout out. Her poll numbers are starting to tank. Could it be possible she just might not make it to the finish line?

If she does dive, we knows it’s because of the power-politics going on – since it was Jarrett who started it out. They have some ‘design’ and underhanded plot going on.

I think it is interesting that Jarrett started all of this and supposedly there is going to be more, It makes you wonder what is going on behind the veil…

You are welcome Bunkerville, great find! Right now her numbers are dropping but I have a feeling we cannot get so lucky as to see this continue once this blows over…
