The FBI believes it can recover some of the emails from Hillary Clinton’s server
As we all know, the FBI is possession of the server that Hillary Clinton used to conduct all of her State Department business on. The former Secretary of State would have us believe she voluntarily turned the server over to the FBI in an effort to cooperate with the ongoing investigation, and technically it might be true that she turned the server over however make no mistake about it, it was not because she wanted to cooperate with the investigation but rather because the FBI was going to seize the server if she did not hand it over so she really had no choice but to do so. She did this for appearances but she is fooling nobody.
Of course she delayed turning the server over as long as she could and just long enough to make sure the server was blank before she did so. That does not sound like cooperation to me…
In one of the emails which has been released to the public Hillary Clinton asked another person if she could borrow a book entitled Send: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do It Better. Chapter six of this book is entitled “The Email That Can Land You In Jail” and one of the sections in that chapter is called “How to Delete Something So It Stays Deleted.”
Perhaps she did not have a chance to read that book because now it is being reported that the FBI is confident it will be able to recover at least some of the emails.
The FBI may be able to recover at least some data from Hillary Clinton’s private email server even though there was an attempt to wipe it, two sources with direct knowledge of the process told NBC News on Tuesday.
The FBI “will try to figure what’s there, how it got there and who put it there,” one of the sources said.
Of course we are assuming that the server Hillary Clinton turned over is indeed the server she used to conduct all her State Department business on in the first place…

I can smell it! Many times when faced with a difficult situation people who are worried will try to laugh it off or joke about it to make it appear as if they are not worried and I think that is exactly what she is doing right now.

I have a question for you, Steve! How many other Obama appointees have private emails and servers they are using for secret communication and how many of those are busy as we speak trying to scrub them now? Surely Clinton is not the only one in this whole corrupt Administration that has done this under handed dirty deed?????

You know Lou, that is a damn good question that I had not even thought about! Now that you mention it I find it hard to believe this is not widespread throughout the regime. I wonder if Mrs. Lerner has a secret server somewhere…

There just might be an “under-ground” network of servers that the real communication is being passed on. There might have been a time I thought that would not be happening, but all bets are off on this Administration and it is full speed ahead on ruining this great country. I think someone needs to start looking into alot of these companies that take care of servers, at the very least and see what they come up with. Do we have enough honest people that are still in positions of authority, not sure. Now, the problem I see, is that there will be a massive coverup, so we will probably never know.

If nothing else, I hope she is sweating bullets right about now. She is becoming more and more of a smart ass when she gets asked any questions about the server or the emails. If it had been one of us doing what she has done, we would have been busted early on. Guess it pays to be crooked with lots of money, right? I saw a video with Judge Napolitano on it being asked about IF he thought she would be held accountable for this and he said his gut tells him she will. That is a plus if he thinks that, but he could just as easily be wrong.

More than her money, her political power shields her. The Clintons, virtually all Democrats and too many Republicans think that they are above the law.
They seem to have forgotten what we did the last time we got tired of the ruling nobility. That was 1776v1.0. There’s a fair bit of chatter about 1776v2.0.

They think they are above the law also and I guess it is for good reason but hopefully having grown so lazy over the years through their arrogance they have gotten too sloppy to recover.

There are just too many people involved at this point. She just slipped tonite when she said “we” went through them…. then changed to I. She sure never deleted 30,000 emails.

Bunker, when you tell enough lies, they all start blending together and you start messing up….that is why I try not to do that….isn’t she smart enough to know this is how it works? I mean, I thought I read that she was the smartest woman in the world? Isn’t that true” Does she think that all the money she has will buy her way out of this mess? She might want to think about some of the people that went to jail that all their money did not help them. At the very least, you would think that the AMERICAN people would say “hell no” to her becoming president….we already have a damn good liar in office right now….she would just be a continuation of those lies and I hope everyone is tired of that.

You can only lie so much before you cannot remember for sure what you said. If this drags on very long, that will be her downfall. Time is not her friend at the moment, she has to divert the talk away from her. Right now if this Administration wanted to, they could bring out a new disaster to focus on and they have NOT. That kind of tells me that they may NOT want to give her any cover and they are possibly wanting to get her out of the race….will it be Sanders? Probably not…will it be Kerry? Doubtful….so we have Jim Webb that could possibly change parties if he had to….and then there is AL GORE. Please tell me that HE is not going to enter the race. The only person more dull than Hillary Clinton is Al Gore. I will not be able to listen to him. For him to be a multi-millionaire or billionaire by now all on Global Warming, well, he sure pulled a big one on the stupid people, that is all I have to say!
