The State Department changed the classification of Hillary Clinton’s emails in order to hide them from the Congress

September 2, 2015

hillary I think most reasonable people at this point in time understand the reason that Hillary Clinton used a personal email server to conduct ALL State Department business is simple: she was trying to avoid FOIA requests and the Oversight Committee.

However, if this story is true, this is not all that was done in an effort to hide Hillary Clinton’s emails for it is now being alleged that the State Department actually changed the classification of at least four emails in an attempt to hide them from the Congress.

  Here is more:

At least four classified Hillary Clinton emails had their markings changed to a category that shields the content from Congress and the public, Fox News has learned, in what State Department whistleblowers believed to be an effort to hide the true extent of classified information on the former secretary of state’s server.

The changes, which came to light after the first tranche of 296 Benghazi emails was released in May, was confirmed by two sources — one congressional, the other intelligence. The four emails originally were marked classified after a review by career officials at the State Department. But after a second review by the department’s legal office, the designation was switched to “B5” — also known as “deliberative process,” which refers to internal deliberations by the Executive Branch. Such discussions are exempt from public release.

The B5 coding has the effect, according to a congressional source, of dropping the email content “down a deep black hole.”

And to top it all off there just happens to be a connection here to the Lois Lerner/IRS targeting  scandal because one of the lawyers who worked in the State Department at the time these emails were classified also worked in the IRS at the time of the aforementioned IRS scandal.

According to recent congressional testimony, at least one of the lawyers in the office where the changes were made is Catherine “Kate” Duval, who was at the IRS during the Lois Lerner e-mail scandal and now handles the release of documents to the Benghazi select committee.

You honestly cannot make this shit up but I suppose this is just a remarkable coincidence and there is not even a smidgen of corruption here…

I think we are getting pretty close to determining there is enough evidence here to bring people up on charges, and with the FBI conducting a criminal investigation into this scandal maybe, just maybe, it will happen sooner than later. And if the rumors are true and this is all coming from high up in the Obama regime we could perhaps be witnessing the slow death of Hillary Clinton’s Presidential aspirations.

Guess this is what happens when they stack the deck with those that are “yes men/women” for the president! He has depleted the military and put in those that will follow orders, HIS orders! Why should we be surprised that the State Dept. would do this given the track record of this Administration to date? We shouldn’t!
