The FBI refuses to cooperate with court order in Hillary Clinton’s email scandal

September 22, 2015

A Federal judge, Emmet Sullivan, has ordered the FBI to communicate with the State Department in regards to the agency’s ongoing criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’e personal email server but the FBI is refusing to even acknowledge there is an active investigation.

  Here is more:

The FBI refused to cooperate Monday with a court-ordered inquiry into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email server, telling the State Department that they won’t even confirm they are investigating the matter themselves, much less willing to tell the rest of the government what’s going on.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan had ordered the State Department to talk with the FBI and see what sort of information could be recovered from Mrs. Clinton’s email server, which her lawyer has said she turned over to the Justice Department over the summer.

“At this time, consistent with long-standing Department of Justice and FBIpolicy, we can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any ongoing investigation, nor are we in a position to provide additional information at this time,” FBI General Counsel James A. Baker wrote in a letter dated Monday — a week after the deadline the Justice Department had set for the FBI to reply.

Of course this leaves one wondering if the FBI is conducting any investigation at all and if so how serious of an investigation the agency is conducting.

Judicial Watch–an organization fighting hard in court to bring the truth to the American people–it goes without saying, is not too happy as they have hit what appears to be another roadblock.

“We still do not know whether the FBI — or any other government agency for that matter — has possession of the email server that was used by Mrs. Clinton and Ms. Abedin to conduct official government business during their four years of employment at the State Department,” Judicial Watch said.

“We also do not know whether the server purportedly in the possession of the FBI — an assumption based on unsworn statements by third parties — is the actual email server that was used by Mrs. Clinton and Ms. Abedin to conduct official government business during their four years of employment at the State Department or whether it is a copy of such an email server. Nor do we know whether any copies of the email server or copies of the records from the email server exist,” the group said in its own court filing Monday afternoon.

And, according to this article, Charles Grassley has come out swinging as well:

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley is blasting the FBI for rebuffing a judge’s request for information on the law enforcement agency’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email system.

Grassley, whose panel oversees the FBI, reacted sharply to a letter the FBI sent Monday turning aside U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan’s request for information on whether investigators have been able to retrieve records from a backup thumb drive of Clinton emails or from a server turned over by a tech company Clinton hired.

“The FBI is behaving like it’s above the law,” Grassley said in a statement provided to POLITICO on Monday evening. “Simply refusing to cooperate with a court-ordered request is not an appropriate course of action. This entire case, from Secretary Clinton’s ill-advised decision to use a non-government email server, to the FBI’s investigation about classified information, needs some transparency in order to assure the American people that getting to the bottom of this controversy is a priority.”

So I guess the question is simple, what are you going to do about it Mr. Grassley? Or, to use a quote from the movie Reservoir Dogs, “are  you gonna bark all day little doggie, or are you gonna bite?”

Or maybe you are also part of the problem, playing your little role in the game…

The people running our federal government are operating entirely outside the Constitution and are completely lawless. I’m flabbergasted by their behavior and that the People are allowing this.

What do you think the ‘People’ should do Laura? I’m with you in that, but what’s the plan! Some say the Agenda is ripe for pushing people to the breaking point -enacting a forceful take-back- so they can use some of the ammo they’ve purchased the last couple of years – bucket loads! – even for the Post Office/BLM/Parks.The ‘ruling criminals’ are ‘ruining’ things and a solution is needed.

I have some ideas, Zip, but I’m pretty tired tonight. I’ll ‘spill my guts’ (lol) either tomorrow or thursday – my day off.

Look forward to that Laura! Maybe we can get something going. I was listening to Savage talk radio today was saying this is the first that a country -America- has been taken over without firing a shot. It’s been in the making and planning for years. And now the Pope being on the scene – one of Globalist chess pieces at play – is a power play. His being here at this time – along w/ the UN summit- their big ‘World community events’ – a LOT going down.

First we have to identify the problem before we can come up with a solution. So, what are the problems? IMO, we have several. I’ll list just a few:

        1. A federal government which does not obey the Constitution in any way, shape, or form. We don’t have a Supreme Law anymore, we have a Supreme Court which decides all issues based on the opinions of the current, and previous, justices.

        2. The feds have completely eliminated the division of powers and the checks and balances the Founders incorporated into our system of government. The specific, limited, defined powers that the states and People delegated to the federal government have morphed into a behemoth of limitless, undefined powers of whatever the feds want their powers to be.

        3. Our representatives no longer serve the People – they serve political parties, special interests, and money.

        4. State governments have sold us out to the feds in exchange for federal funding.

        5. Ignorance and apathy of the People and our state representatives.

We can’t change anything in our governments and representation until we wrest the loyalty, obedience, and dependence of our representatives away from the usurpers. This means we make our representatives completely dependent on us – their constituents – to get, and stay, in office. Only constituents should be permitted to donate to candidates/elected officials. No political parties, PACs, groups, unions, corporations, businesses, wealthy, lobbyists, special interests, non-constituents can donate. They can’t vote for the candidate/elected official why the heck should they be allowed to have any say whatsoever in who is elected??

Allowing non-constituents to donate to campaigns is nothing more than buying our representatives. That’s all it is. When the People allow their representatives to be bought by non-constituents….that’s who those representatives will obey – non-constituents. That’s one of the reasons our Country is in this complete and utter lawlessness and chaos.

        1. The People control who is elected and they control them after they are elected. We do this by controlling contributions, through recalls, and by establishing mandatory breaks between terms. The People must take back control of our representatives! No more of our servants dictating to us! (Congressional pay/benefit/retirement reform is included in that 🙂 )

        2. The People/states must stop allowing the government to define the rules it must follow and to define its own powers. IOW, the government has no authority to define the Constitution. The Constitution says what the government can do, not the other way around.

        3. Once the People are back in control of the government, we can begin the long process of whittling down the unconstitutional federal programs/departments/agencies. It’s imperative to our Country’s survival that the federal government become Constitutionally compliant again. Which means spending federal taxes on only what the Constitution authorizes and nothing more.

        4. The states reclaim the powers the feds stole from them. This goes hand-in-hand with eliminating unconstitutional federal actions – including policing actions. The Constitution gives the feds very few policing powers.

Just a few ideas, Zip. Of course, none of this will work because not enough people care. I think the Country is too far gone… 😦

The people, if they were paying attention, would take care of it at the ballot box but sadly after years of indoctrination in the public schools (and being occupationally orphaned by a system which requires parents placing children in government run daycare centers so they can make ends meet) most of today’s generation has no idea what the Constitution says or what the role of our government is supposed to be.

Nicely stated Laura. Well thought out + organized =A+. I’ll let all this churn in my thinking for a while. Meanwhile, as we know it usually only takes a few bad apple to spoil the batch, but the truth goes the other way too. Even though there are many who are bought in and sold out to the enemies at large, there are a few good apples that can make the difference for the good of all. One thing that these criminals in leadership positions and those who control and influence them do, is evoke the ‘debase nature and tendencies’ of unethical and immoral conduction and call it the ‘new way’ – which the masses like because it feeds their unrestrained pleasures and rids them of responsibilities and accountability (children upbringing – they don’t have to grow up). All of it is twisted and contorted in the ‘progressive lie machine’ designed to distort the minds of the People thru the media, schools and entertainment worlds. Making their ‘way’ appealing, as it prods the un-perceiving herd down the ‘Doom path’. Just as 911 was an open display of powers taking something down, today we have a more subtle -stronger- taking down of ‘the hill that the beacon of light once stood.’ The Pope visiting and the 1st time being invited to the tainted WH. Plus the Pope speaking at the UN session on the 25. “6 days” of him spouting out his NWO supportive Agenda (today he’s talking to the Congress). You’ve probably heard of Sept. 23-25 as significant days where something similar to 911 might happen. Just as darkness came about with the towers going down we have another kind of darkness, dress and disguised in white! How does this tag in w/ your brilliant piece of writing? In your our ending statement about people ‘not caring’. People like to care, it’s in our coding! Give the people an idol that ‘looks’ the part of what they desire and they’ll blindly follow (similar to a.k.a obama). I prepose that these ‘meetings’ of NWO Politics and Religion coming together are more damaging and darkening then the towers going down – which some of these same individuals were involved in making THAT happen. Controlling the souls goes along w/ controlling the water, food, air and shelter. A darkness on the Land.

        Thanks, Zip. 🙂

Some – I’ll call them the Shadow People (SP for short – it covers everyone working in the dark, working illegally, working to thwart our Rights, liberties, and freedoms, working to subvert our sovereignty – the NWO, the illuminati, the super, uber, obscenely wealthy, the globalists, the world bankers, the religious leaders, the UN – everyone who wants to take away our Natural Right to control our own fate) – have been controlling our government and the message to the People through education, the media, and the entertainment industry for a long time.

I have heard of the UN’s new ‘agenda’ that will replace Agenda 21. I haven’t read it, but I’ve heard about it.

Oh, Zip, saved by the bell. Well, the ring of the telephone, actually, lol. I had typed out a bunch of stuff on religion, but the phone rang. When I came back, I re-read what I wrote and wisely decided to delete it. 🙂

Ha, ha, funny Laura. Sometimes it’s good to state it out and other times delete – save it for another day another occasion! Glad you sent what you did! Here’s the ‘new’ UN masked agenda revised: “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” Their ‘idea and definition’ of good is much different than ours … until we’re re-conditioned to ‘think that way’ without ‘realizing it!’

Great conversation you two! I love it!
Laura, one of my biggest problems with our system is the fact that non-constituents are allowed to donate to Reps and Senators from other states and I firmly believe this is a practice which should be disallowed. How can a person in New Hampshire decide which candidate is best for a person in California? The only people on a national level a person should be allowed to donate money to is a person who is running for President.

Does the Senate or House think they actually have much credibility anymore? Just like Obama, once someone/anyone finds out you will back down and not attack, what do you expect them to do!!! I am tired of hearing about the emails, nothing will come of it and it covers up alot of really, really important stuff that is happening. My main issue is to try and keep the damn illegals out of this country and Obamas is to try to bring in as many as he can. We have 2 issues with them, security is the first and after hearing Jeh Johnson saying they will be vetted, I have to shake my head (or SMH for those on Facebook). Like I would believe anything out of his mouth??? The second would be the votes it would create for the liberals because of all the freebies they will get…and hey I will throw in a FREE third issue of where the hell to put them, not going to be my house, but will be somewhere close by I am sure and I will have to contend with more than are already here. I know there are other important things that are being rushed thru as you all know, but I am FULL UP on illegals! Here the Republicans control the House and Senate and they are still letting Harry run the show…you know they try to do what they can, but well, they just cannot seem to get it done and then they go on another vacation, so maybe next year. Sometimes you just want to say, “just shoot me now” and get it over with, don’t you?
Peter, are picking on Laura? Laura, go take a few Tums, you know he will not stop now that he knows he can get to you!!! 😉

People like you and I understand the Congress has no credibility any more but sadly I am afraid there are still too many people out there who believe the government still has our best interest at heart. I could be wrong however and Trump’s popularity might be proof that the American people have finally gotten to the point where they are sick and tired of what is happening.
