Newly released emails contradict Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony
The State Department has released the latest batch of Hillary Clinton’s emails and I know this is going to shock you but it would appear as if the former Secretary of State was not being totally honest when she testified in front of the Congress back in October.

Emails sent the night of the attack indicate Clinton did indeed receive updates about the unfolding violence in Benghazi via her private, unsecured email network, contrary to her testimony in an Oct. 22 hearing before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
Clinton argued last month that she had conducted the majority of her work outside of email and that she had been receiving live updates about the attack in person, not on her private server.
It seems pretty clear at this point that Hillary Clinton mislead (or lied to if you prefer) the Congress during her testimony or perhaps, like her story about dodging sniper fire in Bosnia, she just misremembered what actually happened on that fateful night.
The emails also show that Hillary Clinton was worried she “overplayed” the video narrative and had to be reassured that she did not:
A new batch of Hillary Clinton’s emails made public Monday by the State Department indicate the former secretary of state was worried about whether she had overplayed the administration’s Benghazi narrative, blaming the attack on a demonstration over a YouTube clip, less than two weeks after four Americans at the diplomatic compound in Benghazi were killed.
Jake Sullivan, a top Clinton aide, assured the former secretary of state on Sept. 24, 2012 that she had not misled the public on the impetus of the terror attacks nearly two weeks earlier.
“You never said spontaneous or characterized the motives,” Sullivan wrote in an email to Clinton. “In fact you were careful in your first statement to say we were assessing motive and method. The way you treated the video in the Libya context was to say that some sought to *justify* the attack on that basis.”
This certainly makes it sound as if Hillary Clinton knew the attack was not the result of a video and she was worried about the Obama regime’s narrative even as she was promoting it, and you can see they are simply talking semantics here when the truth is, I believe, that she was involved in the cover up and was more worried about what this could do to her career than anything else.
But of course this is just part of the vast right wing conspiracy…

Why is this email thing a constant issue? Nothing and I mean nothing will ever come of this so why don’t we quit beating the dead horse and move on?

Every time I post something about the emails you come here and say the same thing and I think it is getting boring. If you are not interested in the story then don’t read it, I don’t care, but until Hillary is elected I am not going to stop trying.

Maybe it is a “constant issue” because what she has done is ILLEGAL and should be punished. Put an “R” in back of her name and she would be sitting in prison. Double standards, Cheryl, if you get my drift. If you think it is a non-issue, then avoid this blog or prepare to find some opposition to your posts….this is what I think you are here for to begin with…TROLL, maybe?
