The State Department cannot find Hillary Clinton’s IT guru’s emails

May 9, 2016

Back in April Bryan Pagliano, the man who set up and maintained the personal email server Hillary Clinton used to conduct all State Department business on, was granted immunity by the Department of Injustice but despite this he is still refusing to testify in front of the Congress on the email scandal.

Now the State Department is claiming, surprise surprise, that it cannot find any of his emails. Here is more:

The State Department said today it can’t find any of Bryan Pagliano’s emails from the time he served as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer during her tenure there.

Pagliano would have been required to turn over any official communications from his work account before he left the government. State Department officials say he had an official email account, but that they can’t find any of those records and continue to search for them.

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau said today, referencing a file format that holds email.

“To be clear, the Department does have records related to Mr. Pagliano and we are working with Congress and [Freedom of Information Act] requesters to provide relevant material. The Department has located a pst from Mr. Pagliano’s recent work at the Department as a contractor, but the files are from after Secretary Clinton left the Department,” Trudeau added.

clinton_wide_eyed_afp  Coincidentally the only emails the State Department has been able to recover just happen to be from after Hillary Clinton left the State Department. It would also appear to me that Bryan Pagliano did not turn over all his emails as required when he left the government, perhaps this is why he is refusing to testify in front of the Congress…

Of course we should take this news with a grain of salt because the State Department has already been caught trying to hide some Benghazi related emails by “mistakenly” sending them to other government agencies even after they were subpoenaed.

Despite this obvious attempt to stonewall the investigation Hillary Clinton’s allies are blasting the Congress for dragging out the investigationAnd sadly they will probably get away with this charade…

The federal magistrate needs to jail a few people for criminal contempt. Until that happens, everything, is a joke, and a mockery of our justice system.

Why do you suppose there is never anyone put in jail or held in contempt, Brit?

Judges generally give a lot of leeway. They do not want to give anyone a quarter to scream prejudice. When judges get fed up, that’s when they start jailing for contempt, of if someone tries to make a fool of the judge.
In this case of Hillary’s emails, contempt, should be cited, and people, jailed. Arrogance and flippancy, has no place before any judge.

Yes Brittius, it is time for someone to be held accountable in this. If one person is held in contempt is might “convince” some others to start talking.

I have to wonder IF these are the judges that Obama has been stacking up in different areas….maybe, like Obama they just do not feel they have to follow the law, but can make it up as they go. I am with you and Steve on this one, they need to start with just one….that one should have been Lois Lerner or that piece of crap John Koskinen from the IRS….that would have made a solid blow to the left, but NOOOOO, they just could not do it. Isn’t it the Sargent at Arms that can do this during some type of hearing?

I am so tired of stuff disappearing….we are just supposed to say “oh well” and let it go, again? Apparently we are all stupid, right? How could they get up and tell the public that with a straight face? It must be open season for lies! Either that OR the State Department has alot of incompetent people working there that need replacing.

And yet the left believes it, or else they are pretending to believe it in order to excuse what is going on!

I think the left has been brainwashed into thinking whatever the right has to say are lies….guess after all, why would they think otherwise? The media has made the right out to be the evil ones that want to take everything away from them.

Congress has no guts. The first thing they should do is subpoena the State Department IT Department and make each one testify before the American people. Yes, they will plead the 5th, but at least we could see these weasels and how much they are paid.

“A former federal prosecutor on Tuesday called for a special counsel to be appointed to investigate Hillary Clinton, after, as part of the scandal over her private server and the government emails she ran through the relatively unsecured network, it was revealed workers at the Department of Justice have given her campaign almost $75,000.”

Don’t worry Hillary those emails are as good as gone forever
