Newly released emails show close relationship between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department

August 10, 2016

Judicial Watch has released a new batch of nearly 300 of Hillary Clinton’s emails, some of which were not turned over to the State Department as requested, and they show a close relationship between The Clinton Foundation, donors, and the State Department. Here is more:

Judicial Watch today released 296 pages of State Department records, of which 44 email exchanges were not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to 171 of new Clinton emails (not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department).  These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department

The new documents reveal that in April 2009 controversial Clinton Foundation official Doug Band pushed for a job for an associate. In the email Band tells Hillary Clinton’s former aides at the State Department Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin that it is “important to take care of [Redacted]. Band is reassured by Abedin that “Personnel has been sending him options.” Band was co-founder of Teneo Strategy with Bill Clinton and a top official of the Clinton Foundation, including its Clinton Global Initiative.

Included in the new document production is a 2009 email in which Band, directs Abedin and Mills to put Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor Gilbert Chagoury in touch with the State Department’s “substance person” on Lebanon.  Band notes that Chagoury is “key guy there [Lebanon] and to us,” and insists that Abedin call Amb. Jeffrey Feltman to connect him to Chagoury.

Chagoury is a close friend of former President Bill Clinton and a top donor to the Clinton Foundation. He has appeared near the top of the Foundation’s donor list as a $1 million to $5 million contributor, according to foundation documents. He also pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative.  According to a 2010 investigation by PBS Frontline, Chagoury was convicted in 2000 in Switzerland for laundering money from Nigeria, but agreed to a plea deal and repaid $66 million to the Nigerian government.

  And here is more:

The emails reveal that Clinton campaign adviser and pollster Mark Penn advised Clinton on NATO and piracy.  Another major Clinton fundraiser, Lana Moresky, also pushed Clinton to hire someone for a position at State.  Clinton directed Abedin to follow up and “help” the applicant and told Abedin to “let me know” about the job issue.

The emails show that Hillary Clinton relied on someone named “Justin” (presumably Justin Cooper, a Bill Clinton and Clinton Foundation employee), to set up her cell phone voicemail, rather than having State Department personnel handle it. This was in a February 11, 2009, email from Clinton aide Lauren Jiloty to Clinton, using Clinton’s address.

Here is a statement released by Judicial Watch on these emails:

No wonder Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin hid emails from the American people, the courts and Congress,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.  “They show the Clinton Foundation, Clinton donors, and operatives worked with Hillary Clinton in potential violation of the law.”

I have to say it sure looks like there was a little pay to play scheme going on between The Clinton Foundation and the State Department, so much so that even CNN had to admit it was “hard to tell where any lines were drawn.”  Here is CNN’s report:

But, say it with me, what difference at this point does it make?

Sooner or later the Teneo company connection will be revealed. Thats one of the main feeders as I see it for the cabal. Six former State Dept officials, Huma Abedin worked at Teneo with Band who with founded the company. Throw in Cheryl Mills who now works for the Clinton Foundation and we might just make this stick. A good day.

It does seem like Teneo is the company all this revolves around. Wasn’t Comey also mixed up with Teneo or am I thinking of another company?

HSBC is the bank that Comey sat on the Board where he should have been aware of the money laundering operation . This is the bank that its officials contributed to the Clinton Foundation. And this is the bank that AG Lynch failed to prosecute for the money laundering. This is all coincidence of courese.

If Bernie sold out for a $600,000 summer house what did the rest of these prostitutes sellout for?

Not sure of that, but Comey, AG Lynch and AG Holder all worked at the same law firm together.

Here is some light reading on Teneo.

How a Clinton insider used his ties to build a consulting giant
Hillary gave a special State Department post to an ex-fundraiser — even as he was laying the groundwork for a global firm with ties to her husband called Teneo.

The greater good for WHO, Steve? At some point in my life, I would like to be considered, what I want and need! Guess that is too much to ask for!

Yes I guess it is too much to ask for, after all somebody has to foot the bill for the greater good and Hillary is already on video as saying she will raise taxes on the middle class. Guess where that leaves us…

Well, it is leaving us at the same place we have always been, BUT, with a little less money. For some reason “someone” thinks we can handle everyone elses problems….

You know how on the surface some thing just seem damn stupid to even think about???? What you just wrote, CJ, has that sound to it,,,,BUT, the sad thing is, it could very well happen! Did you ever think that 7-8 years ago, this would even be something we would have to consider? I know I did NOT!

Here is a very good analysis by Judge Nap.
Nothing matters as long as Hillary is elected. This is beyond a constitutional crisis.
801 years ago the Barons stood up to the King and thus began the process leading to 1776. This whole process has now gone in reverse. Our ancestors must be spinning in their graves.
