The open thread comes on Saturday this week because today Lauri and I are celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and we will be making out annual jaunt to Portsmouth to celebrate later today.

We actually went to Key West earlier this year and we loved it, I want to go back there someday. I hope it is still there. Bunkerville is actually down there but he evacuated nearby, I hope he is doing okay.

Thanks SDL1 The band that played at the Gaslight was a bunch of older guys (ahem…my age) who played all ’80’s songs with their own twist. We loved them!

That was fun. Louis had a ‘unique voice’ didn’t he. All these different ‘kind and sorts’ of voices, both in the physical word and invisible. O, just to hear the Voice of God, calling us ‘His beloved’ is health to us! 😍

I haven’t watched the whole thing yet but at the beginning when he points to the Bible and says “it has been done once before” when talking about making man in their image was pretty chilling.
