Donald Trump approved 100,000 DACA applicants over the last three months

September 22, 2017

donald-trump There was quite a bit of “misreporting” in the mainstream media as well as by the Democrats, and misrepresentation by liberals on social media when Donald Trump announced he would end the DACA program in six months if the Congress did not act.

The aforementioned entities made it sound as if deportations would start immediately and families would be ripped apart heartlessly by our white supremacist leader. But that is simply not true, in fact it is a lie. Because DACA was unilaterally implemented by the former President it can be repealed unilaterally by the current President but despite the protestations of the Democrats he did not do that, he gave them the chance to make it permanent. And he wants to make it permanent so it will no longer be subjected to the whims of any President.

This is a far cry from the promise he made during the campaign, but the Democrats used his campaign rhetoric to score political points while ignoring what he actually did. Not only did deportations not start immediately, but the opposite has happened. In the months that Donald Trump has been President hundreds of thousands of DACA applicants have been approved by the President. Most of these have been people who are applying for renewal, while several thousand have been new applicants.

It would seem to me that if Donald Trump truly wanted to deport dreamers the best place to start would be to deny renewals, forcing them to leave, but he did not do that. Not to mention the fact he would not let new applicants into the country if he intended to deport them.

  Here is more:

the Trump White House has continued approving illegal aliens for DACA, with 102,658 getting approved just within the last three months between April and June, according to data from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency.

Of the more than 100,000 illegal aliens approved for DACA in that period, nearly 6,000 were new applicants to the temporary amnesty program, having never gotten the program’s benefits before. The remaining almost 97,000 other applicants were illegal aliens who were renewing their DACA status.

And this is what he did prior to April:

Between January and March of this year, the Trump administration approved nearly 125,000 illegal aliens for DACA; 17,000 of those applicants are new illegal aliens to the program, as Breitbart News reported.

While adding more illegal aliens every fiscal quarter, the Trump administration has taken a left turn on the issue of giving amnesty to the 800,000 illegal aliens shielded by DACA.

This will not sit well with Donald Trump’s base, and it should not because it is a broken promise, but he should get a little bit of credit from the left for continuing Barack Obama’s policy. But of course he is not, they continue to attack him as a white supremacist because it fits their narrative while ignoring what he is actually doing.

This does not look like the action of a white supremacist to me, but what do I know…

The question remains, will Trump be able to replace his disaffected base with enough support from the left to defeat the “Great Black Hope”, Cory Booker, in 2020?

He might think he can replace them with lefties but there is nothing he could do to ever gain their support. I wonder if he realizes that?

I am curious to see how the election in AL turns out this week. We will get an idea of the strength of Trump v the common folk. I read something like 30 million bucks was pumped in to get “Strange” elected over the Judge.. Must be feeling it is pretty high stakes.

This is going to be very interesting! The Judge seems to be more in line with Trump while Strange is more of an establishment guy and yet Trump chose him. I guess he feels Strange has a better chance of winning in the general election but I have a feeling the Judge is going to win.

This is all so “ugly”. First of all if leaders of Mexico “cared” about the citizens and based their decisions on the Golden Rule these people wouldn’t be “feeling” the need or desire to come to America. In the 50s they came, did the harvest work then went back home. What “changed”? I know Americans who live in Mexico thinking it’s better, freer than the USA!
I guess we’re getting to “see” some of the “reality” of what is not ‘what appears to be’. Clinton never did give the ‘definition’ of “is” did he …
