Sunday, December 3rd open thread: ‘A Long December’
Here is the open thread for Sunday, December 3rd. Please feel free to post links to interesting articles and to discuss whatever issues arise during the course of the day. Nothing is off-topic here.
Last week we discussed 7 stories, did you miss any of them? If so there is an easy way to make sure it does not happen again. I understand that all of you are busy and cannot always find the time to check the blog for updates so why not subscribe to America’s Watchtower and receive email updates whenever I write a new post? The Rascals had a hit in 67′ with “A Girl Like You.” (Different song from this one)
I have the original Joe Jackson LP ( long playing 33′ for you younguns) and the Stepping Out 45rpm. I always thought one of his best although my favorite from Joe is “Is She Really Going Out With Him.”

I always loved “A Girl Like You” but was never a fan of Joe Jackson and never heard the third one before but it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing these.

Either last week or the week before a conservative speaker at UConn was attacked by a female who grabbed his papers off the dais. When he attempted to grab them back he was attacked by others in the audience, he fought back and was arrested by campus police for causing a public disturbance I believe. That’s all I know. There is no vaccine in sight for this liberal disease which has far exceeded epidemic proportions.

So the victim ends up getting arrested for trying to defend himself?! This is how it apparently works with the left, free speech is not so free if you are a conservative…
