Donald Trump says Jeff Sessions should shut down the Russia investigation
Donald Trump made more Twitter news this morning when he stated he thought Jeff Sessions should shut down the Russia investigation. Here is the Tweet:
Sarah Sanders and Rudy Giuliani quickly walked back the comment, saying this was just Donald Trump’s opinion and not a demand. And to be honest I took this as his opinion in the first place, we all know how Donald Trump feels about this investigation.
You would not know, however, that this was not a demand by reading the headlines of all the coverage of this issue. Just google the story and see how many headlines misrepresent the story. And that is what the mainstream media is banking on, they want the people to read the headlines and jump to conclusions–and in many cases I believe that is exactly what happens.

It would not be possible anyway since Trump would have to first find Sessions before making this request in person.

Rudy has been a disaster for Trump in my opinion since he got on board the team. I honestly don’t know what he is thinking but he needs to go away.

Even worse, I think Rudy is ramping up Trump who was/is upset already. Agree totally. Rumors are that Hannity was behind getting Rudy on board. Too bad that Di Genova and his wife fell through..they would have been great.

Good point. Trump needs somebody to calm him down and Rudy is doing the opposite and I don’t think he is helping him at all. I didn’t hear that about Hannity, thanks for that info.
