Federal judge strikes down Trump abortion conscience clause protections
On November 22nd a new Trump administration rule was set to go into effect which would have protected clinicians who refused to perform abortions for moral or religious reasons, but a Federal judge in New York has thrown the rule out. Here is more:
A federal judge in New York on Wednesday struck down a new Trump administration rule that would have allowed health care clinicians to refuse to provide abortions for moral or religious reasons.
U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York rejected the federal rule after women’s groups, health organizations and multiple states sued the Department of Health and Human Services, arguing the exemptions were unconstitutional.
Engelmayer ruled that the so-called conscience rule was too coercive, allowing HHS to withhold billions in federal funding unless health care providers complied.
“The refusal of care rule was an unlawful attempt to allow health care providers to openly discriminate and refuse to provide necessary health care to patients based on providers’ ‘religious beliefs or moral objections,’” New York Attorney General Letitia James, who led the lawsuit for the states, said. “We will continue to use every tool at our disposal to protect access to health care and protect the rights of all individuals.”
First of all, how did we allow the left to change the term “abortion” into “healthcare?” That certainly downplays what the actual procedure is and makes it sound like pro-choice people are anti-healthcare.
And second, when they are talking about protecting the healthcare and rights of individuals they are forgetting about the baby in the whom who will never have either of the two.

What is this ‘not a real judge’ “really saying” when he states this: “We will continue to use every tool at our disposal to protect access to health care and protect the rights of all individuals.”
‘We globalist will use whatever we want & ‘can’ to block and dispose of anyone or anything that tries to obstruct or come against our [Depop & evil] Agenda, to protect our ___ and do whatever we want to do, regardless! We’ve work ___ hard to usurped, steal and ___ to obtain – we will not be moved from our positions of power or control.” Or u can restate better/shorter!
The latest Bull TV show, displayed a graduating college gal who got pregnant (causal sex – never shows the guy), who didn’t want the baby because it would interfere with her “first big job” she was accepted for overseas. Her dad (who works for Bull) a divorced, homosexual, ex-football player didn’t want her to “abort her baby”, but was convinced by the janitor at the baptist church to ‘just be there for her regardless of her decision – that was being a good dad’. So, they made it all seem like nothing (not murder), her career was the priority, and his being a ‘good father’ meant going along w/ whatever she chose to do – even though it bothered him and he felt grieved about it (not stating ‘why’ just showing a remorse). No mother mentioned in any of it, not sure about her whereabouts.
After seeing this https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-is-cbs-bull-back-on-tv-after-a-dollar95-million-sexual-harassment-settlement I wondered if a ‘deal’ was made w/ the “content” of the show and they’re being allowed to stay on the air. Meaning, “You promote more of our ‘sicko perv Agenda’ and will let you stay running.”
If this corrupt judge had been ruling over the ‘harassment case’, the gal would’ve been found guilty for ‘temping the guy’ and get nothing, but fired.

Isn’t it amazing the way they have just trivialized what is actually taking place?! Instead of ending a life it has just become a procedure to them and when because they have been so successful at indoctrination too many people have dehumanized the whole thing. This of course fits nicely with the globalist population control agenda.
