Senator to introduce censure motion against Chuck Schumer for Supreme Court comments
Yesterday Chuck Schumer stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and warned the penultimate court about consequences for Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh if the court did not rule the way he wanted it to on an abortion case. He stated these two justices (both Trump appointees by the way) would “pay the price” unless they went along with his wishes.
This led to the highly unusual move of John Roberts speaking out publicly against a member of the government, here is what he said:
“Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements for this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, but also dangerous. All members of the court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.”
Chuck Schumer is defending his comments by claiming he was talking about political retribution or a backlash against conservatives in the election and not physical violence but John Roberts is right. This type of rhetoric is dangerous and can lead to violence even if it is not intended. Just ask Steve Scalice…
Now it looks like Senator Hawley is going to introduce a censure motion against Chuck Schumer for his dangerous comments, here is more:
I think you probably know how I feel about censure, it is nothing but a slap on the wrist and in the end Chuck Schumer will take it as a medal of honor for standing up to Republicans and for women’s rights but at the same time somebody has to let these people know that this temper tantrum the left is still on after almost four years is unacceptable.

In a sane and just world this piece of crap would be in handcuffs but in a nation that has swung so far left a D in front of one’s name literally provides immunity from prosecution. Schumer’s incendiary and provocative rhetoric is little more than business as usual and leaves him with nothing to fear. This little man will not go away nor will he be led away by the US Marshall’s.

Unfortunately you are 100% right and they have been doing this for so long that it no longer seems inappropriate to them and people have just gotten used to it.

The mask is off. Just because the DNC has shoved Bernie in front of the bus do not for a minute think that they have cast off their SDS/Weatherman/Boshevik roots. They are just searching for a better straw man. Maybe they have found it in the senile Joe Biden. But that being said, they will continue to employ threat, fear and intimidation tactics against anyone they view as an opponent to their revolution. This is why Shumer can make unveiled threats. Look at the physical attacks on Kavanaugh’s home to get a sampling of what is coming if justices read the law and not the memo from the DNC. Our republic is in tatters. Arm up.

I think the whole party agrees with everything Bernie says but they just don’t want somebody out there saying it, they would rather get control and then move the country hard left. And of course violence is something the left has always used to get what they want.

Intimidation and threats, along with grandstanding is today’s Democrat way, especially when they are not getting what they want.. It is frustrating watching these clowns and thugs saying what they want, when they want and their propaganda ministry, CNN, MSNBC, etc.supporting them and cheering them on. I often view them as toddlers throwing temper tantrums in a store aisle…..They need a good thumping.
