Appeals Court refuses to drop Michael Flynn case

August 31, 2020

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals today ruled against Michael Flynn’s attempt to have the case against him dismissed despite the fact the Department of Justice is no longer pressing charges against him.

  Here is more:

A federal appeals court has dealt a setback to Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump‘s first national security adviser, ruling that a District Court judge can proceed with a planned hearing on the Justice Department’s attempt to abandon the criminal false-statement case against Flynn.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, sitting en banc, voted 8-2 to reject Flynn’s effort to dismiss the case immediately. The court’s ruling Monday also rejected efforts by Flynn to remove District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan from the case over allegations of bias.

It is hard to keep up with all the twists and turns in this case but back in June a three judge panel on this very same court ruled that Judge Sullivan had to drop the case against Michael Flynn. This judge said no, the court is wrong and now this decision overturns its own panel’s decision and rules in favor of the judge the panel had previously ruled against. When they want to get somebody they are going to get them and there is not much anybody can do about it, if they can do this to somebody like Michael Flynn what chances to average people have if we get in the way?

They are trying to drag this out hoping that Trump loses and then we know what will happen to Flynn.. Time for Trump to give him a pardon..even so the judge hinted that he may find Flynn in contempt of court which Trump can’t pardon him for.

They are going to get this guy one way or the other and his only real crime is going to work in Trump’s cabinet. I hadn’t heard the contempt angle but it makes sense, they want to make an example of this guy as a warning to others and they do not care how they get him.

Jersey City Traffic Court March 1975: Caribbean sounding guy appearing for a DWI before the judge with his Caribbean sounding attorney: Your honor please he didn’t know he was drunk. Case dismissed, get him out of here.
Young women maybe 30 parked by a fire hydrant all night during a snow storm, sans attorney. Your honor I didn’t know the fire hydrants was there, it was covered in snow, It was the only place to park late after work. Pay the fine. Your honor I don’t have it but I can pay it off. Surrender your driver’s license, you can get it back when you’ve paid the fine. Your honor I’m a single parent and I need my car to drive my daughter to school and to get to work. Surrender your license, pay the fine and you’ll have it returned. The woman left crying, I followed her out and paid the $45 for her then went back in to pay $26 for a two year old overdue $2 parking ticket. I found the original money order receipt having paid the $2 fine in my box of documents several months later. (not everyone had checking accounts back then).
    Justice is not always blind.

I heard the Globalist own judge is to milk it as long as possible preventing Flynn the opportunity to be ‘free’ to say where the bodies are hidden.
For ‘optics’ sake POTUS doesn’t want to pardon him, rather pressure some in the Justice depts. to do their jobs. Too many DSwamp workers in all facets of the social structure – parasites.

If he were to pardon him before the election you know what would happen! Hopefully justice will be served in this case but they want this guy and nothing will stop them.
