Gavin Newsom set to impose new Draconian COVID-19 lockdown orders
Earlier this year when the lockdowns started the first time I stated that if we did not fight back the second round of lockdowns would be more strict and would last longer and that this would be followed by a third lockdown which would be permanent.
After having given us a little freedom over the Summer the States are beginning to implement the lockdowns season two and yes it is beginning much earlier and it will probably go much later. While the State lockdown orders are implemented in varying degrees across the nation based on how power hungry said States’ dictator has become, there is one man who does not want to be outdone. That would be Herr Newsom in California. He is about to put in place the most Draconian lockdown orders to date, here is more:
if Intensive Care Unit (ICU) capacity in any of California’s five regions falls below 15 percent, he will shut down indoor church services, travel, playgrounds, movie theaters, wineries, and more, and even force hotels and lodging establishments to cancel any out-of-state reservation. Any establishment lucky enough to stay open will face a 100 percent mask mandate. This extreme stay-at-home order will remain in place for at least three weeks until ICU capacity is projected to increase above 15 percent.
The order will take effect at 12:59 p.m. on Saturday. After that time, if any one of California’s five regions falls below the 15 percent ICU threshold, it will have 24 hours to implement the draconian Stay at Home Order. Newsom’s office had previously divided California up into five regions: Northern California, the Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, the San Joaquin Valley, and Southern California.
If you follow the link above you can see the list of banned and closed facilities and it includes pretty much everything you can think of. You can still buy food (how gracious) but the stores are not going to be near full capacity (20% to be exact) which is sure to drive people into what amounts to a food line.
Of course we know that these rules only apply to the plebeians in California and not die Regierung as the past actions of Gavin Newsom and San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo show us.
malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
die Regierung ?? Gee Steve your getting a little passed my educational level… 🙂

LOL! I googled “German for government” and that is what came up. I have no idea if I actually used the term correctly or not!

Excuse me. I worked for a major hospital management system with, oh, let’s see, seven facilities in California among our nationwide network of managed acute care hospitals. I did maff for them. If our ICU/NICU unis were running below 85% billable capacity we were going broke. Plain and simple. These units are major money drains in equipment, staff and specialized materials. If they were not full they were not paying for themselves. And having dealt with CA public health authorities I can guarantee you no one from the state agencies bother asking this question. These decisions have nothing to do with health care management and delivery. They have everything to do with the Great Reset. Fear Your Government.

You nailed it… I too worked in Healthcare admin.. They take their bounty of $37K for Covid bonus and now are sending the still contagious patients back to nursing home. I am willing to attest to this fact.

I have no experience in the health care industry….
but here in the Peoples Republic of New Jersey my niece an, an experienced ER RN was furloughed along with other RNs several months ago and just this past Wednesday was hired as an IU cardiac nurse. So much for the ER’s overrun by Covid. Could it be not every patient admitted with an ingrown toenail isn’t Covid infected also?

Remember when we were told the bodies were being stacked in coolers in New York and we were going to have to dig mass graves? Everything we have been told about this is a lie.

And who voted for these fools? Or was it another rigged election?

The same fools who will vote for all these cretinous creatures again…and again…and again. As I said before it’s a really sick co-dependency.

As a lifelong CA resident, I ask your question every election, and the list is very long. First off, Unions, Then Teachers, Gov employees, those in the media, Hollywood, everyone associated with our Dot-Com industry, College Students, those in the arts, everyone associated with non-profits, LGBTQ community, everyone on Gov assistance, people of color, immigrants, single moms, and just about any person other than that much hated conservative white male business owner.

I thought of you when I was writing this Bruce. They certainly have covered all the bases by promising every group they could think of free stuff, and even some groups they had to make up…

They just keep voting for the promise of everything being free for them.

So true Steve, there is just no way to compete with freebies. Hell, all an advertiser has to do is add the word free to an add and they get hits. Yes, the late, used to be great state of CA has passed.
Speaking of which, did anyone learn in school the term “free bread and circus” as a reason for the fall of the Roman Empire? Pretty hard to beat CA in that department.

That’s right Bruce, keep the people distracted with bread and circuses while you destroy them. They have even taken the circuses away during this pandemic…

I think that an argument could be made that social media it the circus. That’s why the gov. gives them so much slack. As long as everyone fixates on a screen, they don’t need to see what is going on in the real world. Education too, for that matter. Propagandize, and indoctrinate.

Yes Writegardener and there are many people who have achieved that new American dream…

Good point Bruce, with all that is happening right now social media is the one biggest distraction people still have while they are forced to stay home.
