9th Circuit Court reinstates California’s ‘assault weapons’ ban
A few weeks ago a Federal Judge declared California’s “assault weapons” ban unconstitutional and issued a permanent injunction against the ban. But apparently “permanent” does not mean what I think it means because today the 9th Circuit Court blocked the decision and reinstated the ban. Here is more:
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked a federal judge’s ruling Monday that overturned California’s ban on assault weapons.
The three judge panel issued a stay on Judge Roger Benitez’s ruling, which means the current ban on the firearms will stay in place while other proceedings continue.
And so on and on it goes, this one will be headed to the Supreme Court and the only good news to come from this is that the 9th Circuit Court remains the most overturned court in the nation. Donald Trump made some headway reforming this circuit court but just not quite enough.
If you look back at my reply when you first announced the first judges decision, I told you that wouldn’t last till the ink dried on the judges signature. The radical left is firmly in control, the the sheeple in CA are lapping it up. You can’t imagine the slick adds being run to stop the Newsome recall.

It may go to the full 9th first….now that will tell the tale as to how far Trump got with his additions.

And oftentimes, after the decision is rendered in that matter, sometimes parties will essentially go ask for hearing en banc, which means that the entire circuit court will sit and hear the argument to determine whether or not the three judge panel ruled correctly or not.

That’s true, we don’t know which three judges made this decision. Let’s hope the whole 9th circuit puts an end to this right there.

California law impacts everyone in the 9th Circuit’s reign. That is the problem. If Californians and others in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii choose to throw away their liberties I say more power to them. Those of us living in the free states reject the implications and will nullify any decision contrary to the original intent of the Founders. Let the divorce begin.

I hear you, they really do deserve what they get so it is hard to feel sorry for them! Zero compliance is the answer!

The appeal of the initial ruling was inevitable. The en banc proceeding is also inevitable as is the ultimate appeal to the Supreme Court.
We are seeing the pendulum swinging back from the left and how far it goes is yet to be seen. This is all occurring within the political process in that the effort by the citizens to remove a legal restriction is underway.
What remains to be seen is if this fails, what other recourse is left to the people?
We have seen the election of 2020 stolen in an effort by the left to stop this political sway to the right in its tracks. 2022 will be a referendum on this action by the socialists/democrats and whether it will stand unopposed or not. If 2022 is stolen as well, it could be game on as far as an active revolt. I think the left fears this more than anything because if the right does rise up so will the building of gallows in the public square also start.
There are many traitors in office in DC who have sold out their electors and the voters in other areas for the purposes of advancing their agenda outside of the natural and impartial elective process. The worst of them occupy high offices in the congress and various agencies in the government. Their malfeasance is obvious and provable. When the courts of citizen inquiry start we will see heads roll.
It is interesting how a case such as this one can be a harbinger of things to come.
