FBI admits there is no evidence January 6th was an insurrection
For months we have heard from the Democrats and the mainstream media about the so-called armed insurrection by Trump supporters on January 6th. Democrats have gone so far as to form a commission to look into the attempted coup and we have heard some of our Democratic friends talk about how they feared they were going to be raped or killed in this violent overthrow of the government.
The FBI has been looking into this and now it is being reported that the FBI has found no evidence of any type on insurrection, here is more:
The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.
Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
FBI investigators did find that cells of protesters, including followers of the far-right Oath Keepers and Proud Boys groups, had aimed to break into the Capitol. But they found no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside, the sources said.
Yet the politically motivated January 6th commission plods onward and worse than that American citizens are rotting in solitary confinement and being abused and not one person is doing anything about this cruel and unusual punishment. It is truly unprecedented. Democrats made a scapegoat out of the Muslim cartoonist for the Benghazi attack and now they are showing us how far they will sink to make a political point.

Well stated. Think of it. Charged with misdemeanors, not granted bail or proper access to counsel, federal judges shredding charge sheets as fast as they come in, and oh, yes, let us not forget the nationwide dragnet conducted by the FBI to intimidate grannies and pensioners for showing up at their Capitol and daring to question the spirit of the age. All this in what was once our America, the great hope of humanity. It is looking like Orwell’s nightmares more and more each day. And the Eff Bee Eye is right in the middle of the rot. I guess Russian Collusion exhausted itself as a career maker. So sad for our country.

It’s hard to believe all this is happening but it is! Remember when the left was upset about the so-called black sites the US was keeping terrorists at overseas so we didn’t have to give them rights? Now we are doing it to American citizens on American soil and nobody gives a damn!

Let me characterize 1/6/21 a little.
A whole bunch of people showed up for a straight up, legitimate political protest and to hear President Donald Trump speak.
A number of the militant Left showed up and were basically matched with the militant Right. Not a whole lot in total.
Trump said tell Congress what the will of the People is. That could have been a quote from any number of the Founding Fathers.
A few hundred drunk rednecks had a good time running through the halls of Congress. Some of them committed vandalism and/or theft, but not many. Most of them just had a good time walking through Congress without anyone in uniform to tell them what to do. They guys with the uniforms were not in charge. The Conservatives inside were walking through an institution that properly belongs to the People.
Pretty much every member of Congress for miles around hit the panic button and called out all available security.
Basically, it was more a party that got out of hand than it was an insurrection. If you want to talk about insurrection, tell me how many down town areas went up in flames during 2020 and what is the political leadership doing?
I intentionally left out all of the deaths. There are enough proximate cause questions to make that a long debate. Personally I go with Conservatives didn’t kill anyone and the lady was murdered.
When I was in college, locally, we had a similar murder. Supposedly when the cop with the rifle jumped out of the truck, the rifle accidentally discharged, striking an unarmed man, with no one else around him, square in the chest at a range of about 25 or 30 yards. She wasn’t the first and she won’t be the last.

I think you nailed it. Your description of a drunken party that got out of hand nails it, it was not organized and the FBI has admitted it.
