Democratic shill Bob Beckel appeared on Fox News and when asked about Benghazi he said “who cares” if the Obama regime was engaged in a political cover up due to the impending 2012 election.

His justification? Every regime covers things up so what difference does it make? Dude…it was two years ago! Suddenly, and contrary to what we have been taught, two wrongs apparently do indeed make a right.
New Hampshire Senate race turns ugly already
Last week the Scott Brown campaign accused Jeanne Shaheen’s campaign of illegally coordinating with Harry Reid’s Super PAC in a recent campaign commercial and the NHGOP filed a complaint with the FEC. Three days later the Shaheen campaign responded to this by filing its own complaint against the Brown campaign with the FEC.
The gist of the Shaheen complaint goes something like this: in a recent interview Scott Brown admitted that when he talked to his wife on Valentine’s Day he made up his mind to run for the Senate. However he did not form an exploratory committee until a couple of weeks later and then officially made the announcement in April. The Shaheen campaign believes that he should have filed campaign finance forms after he made his decision on Valentine’s Day and not after he made his candidacy known to the voters of New Hampshire.
Back before I really got into following and covering politics full time I used to listen to Boston sports talk radio every chance I got. Boston sports fans like to consider themselves to be the smartest fans in the country. On many occasions I heard people call up and talk about how they understood the game better than most fans across the country. Naturally this did not happen all the time, but it happened enough to show anyone who was paying attention that they felt they were better than other sports fans.
Needless to say, but I will say it anyway, Massachusetts is one of the bluest states in the nation–if not the bluest, so naturally they feel as if they are one of the most tolerant states in the nation. This is not surprising because many liberals believe they are the smartest people in the room, hence the nanny state mentality of governing ‘for our own good.’ However they do not always seem to be as tolerant as they think they are and there is a hypocrisy among Boston sports fans which they do not care to admit or acknowledge.
With the emails which were released earlier this week that appear to show the White House purposely mislead the American people about the attack in Benghazi which left Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods dead–despite claiming all along it was the intelligence community which drafted the talking points–it looks as though this scandal has finally reached a point where John Boehner is forced to act.
Today John Boehner has announced the House will be forming a select committee to look into the scandal. Here is the full announcement:
Yesterday a new email was released which seems to confirm what many of us have known in our hearts was the truth all along; the White House was duplicitous in promoting the video excuse about the attack in Benghazi in order to downplay the role terrorism played in the attack, all the while knowing this was nothing but a deception.
The email is so damning that even MSNBC host Alex Wagner had to admit there just might be something to the Benghazi story after all.
MSNBC host Alex Wagner — who for months, if not years, routinely denied there was anything to Republican allegations of a White House coverup on Benghazi — now admits there MAY actually be a problem with the Obama administration’s response to the 2012 attack.
“There probably is something for Republicans to complain about,” she said regarding Benghazi, “for the American public to perhaps be distressed or dismayed about.”

White House officials consciously planned to spin the successful 2012 jihadi attack on the Benghazi diplomatic compound as a spontaneous protest against an anti-Islam video, according to a new email exposed by the public-interest law firm Judicial Watch.
The Sept. 14 email by Ben Rhodes, President Obama’s chief foreign policy spokesman, described the public relations goals for a planned briefing of a top official — Susan Rice — who was scheduled to appear Sept. 16 on the Sunday talk-shows.
She was invited on the shows to explain the September 2012 attack, which killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans. The subject of the email was “PREP CALL with Susan.”
The goal of the appearances, said Rhodes, is “to convey that the United States is doing everything that we can to protect our people and facilities abroad; [and] to underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, not a broader failure of policy.”
For what it is worth the author of this email, Ben Rhodes, just happens to be the brother of the head of the CBS News team which recently fired Sharyl Attkisson because, she claims, the network did not like the fact she was reporting on Fast and Furious and Benghazi. Quite the incestuous relationship…..
Republican representative says Obamacare cannot be repealed
A couple of days ago Republican Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers said that Obamacare could not be repealed and was here to stay. Here is more:
U.S. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers said it’s unlikely the Affordable Care Act will be repealed.
“We need to look at reforming the exchanges,” the Eastern Washington Republican said Thursday.
This is sure to draw the ire of Republican and conservative voters, as well as those Republicans running on repealing and replacing Obamacare, but the fact is, whether you like it or not, she is right. Obamacare is here to stay and if the voters wanted to rid themselves of Barack Obama’s signature legislation the last chance to do so was during the 2012 election before the mandate went into effect.
Barack Obama orders an investigation into the Phoenix VA after 40 veterans died waiting for doctor appointments
In a preview of what healthcare could be like for all Americans once the goal of a single-payer system is attained, last week we learned from this CNN report the horrible story that 40 veterans died while waiting for appointments from the Veteran Affairs office in Phoenix. These veterans allegedly died because they were placed on a secret waiting list which was being used to hide the long wait for healthcare. (And this was just one state, who knows if this is happening elsewhere at this point in time.)
At least 40 U.S. veterans died waiting for appointments at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care system, many of whom were placed on a secret waiting list.
The secret list was part of an elaborate scheme designed by Veterans Affairs managers in Phoenix who were trying to hide that 1,400 to 1,600 sick veterans were forced to wait months to see a doctor, according to a recently retired top VA doctor and several high-level sources.

A couple of weeks ago the United Nations released its latest IPCC climate change report and it found that greenhouse emissions were rising faster than ever and we had to act quickly if we wanted to save the planet.
Delivering the latest stark news about climate change on Sunday, a United Nations panel warned that governments are not doing enough to avert profound risks in coming decades. But the experts found a silver lining: Not only is there still time to head off the worst, but the political will to do so seems to be rising around the world.
In a report unveiled here, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change found that decades of foot-dragging by political leaders had propelled humanity into a critical situation, with greenhouse emissions rising faster than ever. Though it remains technically possible to keep planetary warming to a tolerable level, only an intensive push over the next 15 years to bring those emissions under control can achieve the goal, the committee found.
“We cannot afford to lose another decade,” said Ottmar Edenhofer, a German economist and co-chairman of the committee that wrote the report. “If we lose another decade, it becomes extremely costly to achieve climate stabilization.”
We all remember the Climategate scandal and the ‘hide the decline’ fiasco from several years ago when it was learned through hacked emails that the CRU was purposely fudging the numbers to reach a predetermined and desired outcome.
We might be seeing something along those lines once again because according to this article Robert Stavins, the lead author of this latest IPCC climate change report, is now claiming that most of the summary report was either altered or deleted just prior to its release for political reasons.
Former NASA scientist says global warming is nonsense
Former NASA scientist and current professor at the University of Manchester, Les Woodcock, had some interesting comments to make about global warming–he called it nonsense.
Here is some of what he had to say:
“The term ‘climate change’ is meaningless. The Earth’s climate has been changing since time immemorial, that is since the Earth was formed 1,000 million years ago. The theory of ‘man-made climate change’ is an unsubstantiated hypothesis [about] our climate [which says it] has been adversely affected by the burning of fossil fuels in the last 100 years, causing the average temperature on the earth’s surface to increase very slightly but with disastrous environmental consequences.
“The theory is that the CO2 emitted by burning fossil fuel is the ‘greenhouse gas’ causes ‘global warming’ – in fact, water is a much more powerful greenhouse gas and there is 20 time more of it in our atmosphere (around one per cent of the atmosphere) whereas CO2 is only 0.04 per cent.
“There is no reproducible scientific evidence CO2 has significantly increased in the last 100 years.”
“Even the term ‘global warming’ does not mean anything unless you give it a time scale. The temperature of the earth has been going up and down for millions of years, if there are extremes, it’s nothing to do with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, it’s not permanent and it’s not caused by us. Global warming is nonsense.”
Apparently he was asked how he could make such a claim when the consensus is global warming is real; here is what he said:
“This is not the way science works. If you tell me that you have a theory there is a teapot in orbit between the earth and the moon, it’s not up to me to prove it does not exist, it’s up to you to provide the reproducible scientific evidence for your theory.
“Such evidence for the man-made climate change theory has not been forthcoming.”
Did I say he is a current professor at the University of Manchester? He better watch his back, he will be in the cross hairs.
