Operation Castaway extends Gunrunner scandal into Honduras
As if allowing guns to be sold to Mexican drug lords wasn’t bad enough for Eric Holder and the Obama regime, it looks as if this was only a small effort in a grander plan. The ATF was also involved in another gunrunning scandal called “Operation Castaway” which allowed the sale of weapons to Honduras.

About 1,000 guns were sold to a violent drug gang in Honduras, but it is even worse than that because it also appears as if some of these guns made it into Central America and have possibly been linked to violent crimes all across the globe.
The official explanation we have been given in the Gunrunner scandal states: The United States was selling these weapons to known criminals and the guns were allowed to be walked over the border in the hopes they could be tracked to high level drug lords, but something went wrong and the federal government lost track of the weapons. As if it isn’t bad enough that our government isn’t competent or responsible enough not to lose weapons when it is known they are in the hands of drug lords, it gets worse because we must not forget that Kenneth Melson–the acting head of the ATF, and the man that Eric Holder tried to make the fall guy–testified that the federal government NEVER tracked the weapons in the first place.
One key takeaway from the meeting was that Melson acknowledged to investigators that agents had witnessed transfers of weapons from straw purchasers to third parties without following the guns afterwards

It looks more and more like a strategy for some kind of “gun control”. But the logic is twisted. If the idea was for gun control “reform” or whatever, they didn’t do a very good job of pointing the finger away from themselves. Wouldn’t you think that an operation like this would at least have SOME KIND of misleading clues pointing to other than government? But EVERY SINGLE piece of evidence leads back to Holder and even higher. I guess Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s murder threw a wrench in their plans. But then again, all he had was a bean bag against U.S. government-armed terrorists.

Maybe there was a larger plan other than gun control, why else would they be providing the enemy with weapons to use against us?

I think the goal was for more gun control, but the government did such a poor job with this stategy that they indicted themselves. They are not only corrupt they are inept.

Operation Gun Runner and Operation Fast and Furious must be seen and called out as the TREASONABLE attempts to undermine the Second Amendment, individual liberties of the American citizenry, the Constitution and American sovereignty which they in fact are as elements of Obama’s “transformational” agenda.

Amen brother! Obama promised to fundamentally change America, but what is the foundation he wants to change? The foundation of America is the constitution so it can easliy be reasoned that he wants to move America away from her founding principles.

It’s about gun control,directed and agreed to by the United States… through the United Nations. Clinton has been fighting hard for it and Obama is providing the reason.

I can see anyone investigating these atrocities will soon be “dealt with” accordingly. In that I refer to: a one car accident or worse, a heart attack. You are not going to nail the vermin so easily as a congressman and a congressional (joke) kneejerk investigation, not by a longshot. Now, if and when a new person takes the presidency, and the CIA/FBI/NSA etc., etc., are TOLD in no uncertain terms to: unravel, investigate and indict those responsible… well, that’ll be the day!
