Sarah Palin on the GOP establishment: ‘It’s not just the New England Patriots who are dealing with deflated balls’

January 25, 2015

I do not know if you have heard about this or not but the New England Patriots (who are obviously under attack by the left for their “offensive” team name) have been under scrutiny for allegedly having under-inflated balls. Of course I jest–even it you are not a sports fan you cannot help but to have heard of this “scandal” because it has been splashed all over the news as if it is the most important issue facing America today.

I think you all know how I feel about Sarah Palin and her possible run for the Presidency in 2016 but in case you do not here is my position:

I love the fact that she is able to get under the skin of the leftists in this country, and I love the fact that she has no qualms about saying things which inflame the left, but that alone does not qualify her to be President.

I believe that much like Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney she has no chance in hell of defeating either Hillary Clinton or Elizabeth Warren in the general election. She might be able to bring out more of the conservative voters who would otherwise stay home if either of the other two aforementioned candidates won the nomination, but would this be enough to put her over the top? I do not think so because it would galvanize the left and send them flooding to the polls.

She is simply not Presidential material despite what most of the right seems to think and she cannot win a general election even if she somehow managed to win the primary.

But in addition to taking aim at the leftists she recently used the Patriots’ deflated balls scandal to attack the Republican establishment.

Here is what she had to say:

I’m not going to talk politics except to say the GOP had better go on offense,” she told The Blaze. “Man, they are not going to win any game on defense. Being in the majority there in D.C., we’re blowing it if we just bend our back… That GOP leadership, that Establishment, they’ve got to get their stuff together. I love what they believe in, I believe in it too. But they’ve got to get tough, man. You know what? It’s not just the New England Patriots who are dealing with deflated balls right now.”

Sarah-Palin  Since Deflategate has made national headlines the jokes have been flowing freely because, let us face it, the double entendre is simply too great to ignore. And I admit that I am guilty as well.

Having said that; this is not something which a potential Presidential should say for while I agree with the sentiment, and have called the Republican establishment ball-less, it is not proper  for a candidate to speak this way and the left will use it as proof she is not mature enough to run for President.

After all the left would never use an immature term like, oh I don’t know, say “wee weed up” to describe a political opponent. Oh wait, nevermind…

Just who the hell does she think she is, huh? It’s one thing for Elizabeth Warren to lie and pretend to be an Indian when she’s not even from Cleveland, it’s another thing for Hillary Clinton to brush aside her ex-lover Vince Foster’s suspicious unexplained death along with the deaths of 43 people related to a real estate scam go bust but quite another thing to say a racist Patriot team has under inflated balls and still call yourself potential presidential material. Speaking of which, go back to your frozen tundra Sarah and work on your stand up material for the moose and elk. The donkeys and elephants in DC have no room for anyone bold enough to tell the truth.

We don’t have presidential material in there today Steve, so ‘what does it matter!’ I know what you mean though … It would be interesting to see she and Hill-O-REally go at it, but the ‘powers’ may have something else going. It might not be that interesting though, because it seems like Hill will be pushed on us whether we like it or not. Palin would have to strap up to bet her.
I’ve heard that because of the number (44) some say that’ll be the last prez for America. So, people won’t have to worry about going to vote – thinking it’ll make a difference for good (which today is up for grabs what’s good, what isn’t … it’s all in a matter of opinion or the way the person has been socially conditioned – no longer based on God’s Word).

Very true, Obama is not presidential material and he proves it on what seems like a daily basis. Of course the Presidency is only a puppet playing to the masters so I guess there really is now qualification other than doing what you are told.

Yep, and that’s why only ‘certain ones’ even get to the starting gate. The new Bruce Willis movie, Vice, depicts how ‘we the people’ are considered by these evil’s: artificial – of no value in their eyes. It’s a violent display of human depravity (unrestrained SIN). The violence and sexual acts are used to ‘reprogram’ the viewers – psychopathic & sociopathic mindsets. An evolution of the carnal appetites, which are never satisfied – always wanting more.
I agree w/ ‘futuret’ that Palin is more of a distraction and is the female version to furthering the Bush Agenda ~ the destructive UN-Patriot Act, containment and enslavement.

OT Steve, hope you have the generator up and running and stocked up on food. Stay safe and hopefully you will keep your power on. It sounds like it will be a bad one!

We are as ready as we can be; we have the generator, gas, and food. While we are probably going to get at least 2 feet of snow the good news is that the temperature will be low enough so that the snow will not be a heavy snow. The problem is the high winds and falling tree branches. Right now my biggest concern is whether or not the power will be back in time to watch the Patriots in the Superbowl! LOL.
It is funny to see all the “blizzard” reports on the internet because in these parts we call them nor’easters.

Ya, you get used to bad weather, don’t you? When we lived in Wisconsin, it was just expected and you dealt with it. However, 3 ft is a BIT much to deal with if you get that amount. Poor guy, hope you can watch the game, too, haha! That would not be at the top of my list during a “blizzard” but then again, people have their priorities!
We had a bit of ice last night so the “stupid” people will be out driving, that is what you have to be able to avoid, not that the ice is a problem.

So far so good! Lots of snow but the winds are not as bad as I thought they would be. Hopefully it holds up! Had to dig my way through five foot snow drifts and the snow blower did not like it one bit, now I just have to stay on top of it.

When we get alot of snow IF we get high winds out here on the prairie, we can get some pretty nasty snow drifts. My double front doors face n/nw and that snow tends to come and swirl up on the porch right there. Hope you have enough gas for that snow blower. Hey, don’t you have a couple of sons???? Isn’t this snow shoveling “one” of the reasons you have them???? Those young backs come in handy! My kids are long gone from here, so we either do it ourselves or we just trudge thru the drifts. At least we don’t get bad weather that often.

We had some snow drifts of about five feet against the garage door and the cars but once we got that cleared out we were able to keep up with it. I have plenty of gas but it looks like it will be going into the snow blower and not the generator at this point. I hope I didn’t just jinx myself!

Futuret; all that Obama has done over there since the “Arab Spring” has destabilized the area and ISIS was born because of it, I do not doubt this was done on purpose.
