Hillary Clinton Supports Giving Driver’s Licenses to Illegal Aliens

November 5, 2007

hillary_clinton.jpgAfter last week’s debate in which Hillary Clinton said of New York governor Elliot Spitzer’s plan to order government officials to give driver’s licenses to illegal aliens something to the effect of, I support the plan but I don’t endorse it, or I endorse the plan but I don’t support it, or it makes sense but it doesn’t make sense, or I was for it before I was against it, her spokesman came out to clarify Hillary’s position. Don’t you find it funny how often Hillary gives her positions on an issue only to have a spokesman come out and clarify which position she believes in, at least on that day. The next day her spokesman may re-clarify her position to reflect her new opinion depending on the crowd she was speaking to.

Anyway, Hillary came out to tell us what the hell she meant on the issue of giving drivers licenses to ILLEGALS.

“I broadly support what governors like Elliot Spitzer are trying to do.”

I guess we can put Hillary in the camp of rewarding illegal behavior. She supports giving people who broke into the country the PRIVILEGE of driving on our roads legally. I don’t understand how all of the Democrat candidates can look at the polling data and decide that this is a good idea. Perhaps the lure of Mexican voters outweighs the risk of alienating Democrat voters, after all where are they going to go. They will still vote Democrat, this has to be a scheme to expand the voter base. They are willing to sell out the country for a few votes.

She goes on to say the following:

“But finally I do not believe we can resolve this problem unless we bring people out of the shadows,” Clinton said, adding that undocumented immigrants should have a pathway to citizenship but they’d need to register, pay taxes, pay fines, learn English, and wait in line after those who’ve come to the United States legally. Those who have committed crimes, she said, should be deported.

Ah, the old “bring them out of the shadows” line that has become so nauseatingly commonplace during the debate on this issue. I am so sick and tired of hearing that line. The kicker in that paragraph is where we are told she believes if an ILLEGAL commits a crime he/she should be deported. THE FACT THAT THE PERSON IS HERE ILLEGALLY IS A CRIME, DEPORT THEM!I have said it before and I will say it again, and this probably won’t be the last time either, if a person doesn’t respect the laws enough to come to the country in a legal manner, what the hell makes you think they will respect any of America’s other laws? The second they cross the border they have committed a crime, yet this crime is okay in the liberals mind just as long as they don’t commit another crime.

My wife, my mother and I are taking our presidential oath.

We do so solemnly swear that if the H-bomb / Hillary Clinton acquires the Democrat’s nomination we will actively campaign for and vote for whomever is the Republican nominee. Even if that means accepting Rudy (blech).

Illegal means not legal. Amnesty? So how does that work? They have to wait for the legal applicants first? So what about all of the legal applicants that come after “amnesty”? Are they forced to wait as the USCIS processes all of the illegal applicants? Trying to get your future wife here? Going to have to wait a few years. The process already takes over a year going through the Nebraska Service Center. Heaven forbid we add on 11 million more applicants.

Oh please, lets not be spoiled sports. We already taught them to fly. Now, lets teach them to drive. Get ’em out of the “shadows.” After all, what could possibly go wrong: http://theseedsof9-11.com

Why I post on Red Sox Blog 11-27-07
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
You may not be NH residents. You are U.S. citizens and Veterans give their lives for citizens no matter what state they come from. NH has violated the law and Constitution to inflict pain and suffering on my family and me because I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen openly brag about destroying residents they do not think belong in their town. I had never met this family before they became so desperate they asked for my help because of a letter to the editor that I wrote. I do not even live in Madbury NH. I am 100% disabled. I was injured three times during my tour. Twice during combat related missions during the Vietnam Conflict. My PTSD was diagnosed only this past year because I never talked about my experiences until I wrote a book and they became public. I have relived my Convoy’s as an American Advisor and my first kill every day since my return in 74. I just never believe any one needed to know the dirty parts of a conflict. We as veterans are not fighting for you (people we do not know) we are fighting for our nation and the freedom it brings.
I do not ask people to put them selves in harms way. What Veteran’s give the U.S. can never be explained. What we did and the lives we lived over there is not possible for you that have never served to conceive. When newspapers and media feel that the words of a disabled veteran being tortured by the NH courts and government to silence his free speech is not worth informing the public we as a free nation no longer exist. I have violated no laws. What I ask people to do is talk about me to your elected officials, letters to your editor or blogs, I continue to help this Madbury family because they could be any of you. Freedom is worth fighting for and I can not let what so many Veterans that gave over the history of the U.S. be diminished by illegal government acts.
I use the RD blog because I used them as a crutch during my tour. If you Google my name and Lee NH you can read my letters in full. Peter Macdonald Sgt USMC Semper Fi
