The United States announces it broke up a terror plot hatched between Iran and a Mexican drug cartel
Earlier today the Obama regime announced that it broke up a terrorist plot that was hatched between Iran and a Mexican drug cartel. The way the news is being reported you would think that the arrest was made today but the government first learned of the plot months ago and actually arrested one of the co-conspirators last month, ending the plot, but the government didn’t see fit to make the announcement until today. Why is that?
The timing of this announcement is very suspect indeed; it didn’t come until it was shown that Eric Holder most likely lied in his testimony to the Congress on Operation Fast and Furious–or was so incompetent that he didn’t know what was happening within his own department–and calls for the resignation of the beleaguered head of the “Justice” Department really began to gain momentum.
Once the pressure began to mount on Eric Holder to resign because of his incompetency the Obama regime needed something to show the American people that Eric Holder did actually know what he was doing so they suddenly decided that it was time to release the news of this thwarted terrorist attack.
The timing of this announcement is too coincidental to have not been well thought out politically and the link to a Mexican drug cartel cannot be ignored in light of the fact that the United States government was selling weapons to the drug cartels. There is no doubt in my mind that this announcement came during Eric Holder’s darkest hour in an attempt to boost Eric Holder’s image with the American people and I for one do not think that this changes anything. Eric Holder needs to resign pending criminal charges for his role in Operation Fast and Furious.

I am in total agreement here! I said this morning that this was coming and guess I proved myself “right”. It is sad that there will be people that believe them and will hang on every word. They will also forget what is going on with F&F and anything else that AG Holder is involved in because they want HIM to keep us safe. It is too much of a coincidence, isn’t it? Do I believe this happened? Not a chance. IF it did, then look what the administration has done to me? Something I should believe, I don’t anymore. Should I not be able to take the word of the people we put in office? Well? They are going to try and drag this out as long as they can with all the pats on the back and everyone will feel great that another disaster was thwarted, what great guys we have watching our backs. I am getting cynical, so better stop.

It is sad to think we have reached the point in this country where we so distrust everything that our government does but that is where we are because of the criminal actions of the Obama regime. There is no doubt in my mind that this was timed to take the heat off of Holder but I don’t think it is going to work.

I must admit the timing is a bit strange. I believe that Holder still needs to resign regardless of this “revelation” about the Iran connection. No more Red Herrings.

I believe one of the reasons that this news was released yesterday was to make it appear as if there is too much going on for Holder to resign. I am not buying it, he must go and the sooner the better.

Why are we just now finding out about this when Holder was “briefed” about this back in June, was it? Apparently he is briefed about some things and not other things. Go figure! Guess it was time to pull this one out for cover?

I thought the story was legit, but the timing was suspect but you could be right; this was a nearly impossible plan to pull off, so maybe it isn’t all it seems to be.

I don’t know, but seems like the drug Cartels would not want to get involved in something of this nature. It just doesn’t seem like their MO, does it? Unless they are branching out. This doesn’t flow smoothly and appears to be pieced together. The timing is what really makes it stink, I guess.

Interesting that the FBI was in Mexico.. as I recall it was reported as an FBI agent in Mexico intercepted this guy. What is the FBI doing in Mexico? For some reason I did not think this was the purview of the FBI to operate this way. I would,think this is more a CIA operation if Iran is involved.

Never let a good crises go to waste. Couple that in 09 holder said that with all the violence in Mexico and the flow of guns from the USA we need to get the assault weapons and large capacity mag ban back. F&F was nothing more than Obama and his “under the radar” gun ban in the works. Holder needs to be brought up on treason charges and Obama needs the same. Both are domestic enemies.

The goal of this all along was to meet the 90% lie originally floated by Hillary that 90% of the weapons found at crime scenes at the border were traced back to America. The goal was to use this number to enact gun control legislation and because the 90% number was a lie Obama tried to help us get to that number. Disgusting!

Very shrewd deductions, Steve. They needed a cover for the subpoena story on Holder. Cook up another “terrorist’ plot and the propaganda media will do what they always do, cover for the elitists. Sending troops into Africa was also conveniently timed. Fortunately, a lot of people are waking up. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of them in comas.

This regime does everything for a reason and it is always well thought out. This and the new war in Africa are designed to take the focus off of Obama’s failed policies and the Fast and Furious scandal but it will not work because too many Americans are now awake andpaying attention. As for those who are still alseep; they will never wake up and they are a lost cause but I honestly feel as if they are in the minority.
