Eric Holder appoints an Obama donor to investigate the White House leaks scandal
I haven’t weighed in on the Obama regime’s leak scandal to this point but it is getting interesting and I think it is time to write a brief post on it. Somebody in the Obama regime is leaking classified information to the press and it just so happens that the leaked information paints Barack Obama as a tough, no nonsense, take no prisoners sort of guy in relation to national defense. All of the leaked information has the potential to strengthen the president’s national security credentials and some have questioned whether the White House actually authorized the leaks for this specific purpose. This is a claim which Barack Obama has stated is “offensive” and “wrong.”
Taking into account the president’s stern denial it would seem likely he would want to clear his name and the best way to accomplish this goal would be to have a special prosecutor investigate the leak scandal. Surely if he had nothing to hide Barack Obama would not be opposed to hiring a special prosecutor, but Eric Holder has refused to appoint a special prosecutor opting instead to appoint two people from within his Department of Injustice.
And as can be read here, these prosecutors will not be granted special powers or independence which means their work will be reviewed by the Department of Injustice before it is made public. We have seen something like this before with regards to Operation Fast and Furious; Eric Holder tried to obstruct Kenneth Melson’s testimony, and threatened two other witnesses while “urging” them to change their testimony before the Oversight Committee in an attempt to control the message, so I think we have a pretty good idea how this will play out.
But it gets worse because according to this article one of the special prosecutors just happens to be a political appointee of Barack Obama’s, and he also just happens to be a donor to the scandal ridden president. The fix is in, will the Republicans allow this to happen?

Yeah, they seem to be circling the wagons in an attempt to keep this contained, I only hope the Republicans will remain vocal on this issue.

Yes indeed. We will deserve everything we get if we give him another go round. I just heard that the EPA is disregarding the 9-0 supreme court decision in favor of the sackets and their land dispute.

I did find this: http://www.scotusblog.com/?p=141183 but as to the CASE of Sackett vs EPA it only allows for the case to go ahead, not deciding the case itself. Let us hope that this ends in a radical smackdown OF the EPA, but we have to get those slime out of the government.

Nothing like keeping it all in the family, is there? Of course AG Holder wants to appoint who looks into it, he sure likes to micro-manage, doesn’t he? There has been some interesting happenings the last couple of days, but you sure would not know it if you listened to the tube or most of the radio stations, good thing we can surf the net, well at least for a little while longer. Grammasheila, we are already paying the price for his first term, let’s not try for a second. However, I am right there with you, we WILL deserve what we get if we allow it to happen.

It is amazing to ne that the media can ignore these scandals in light of all that is going on right now, but I am not surprised. The MSM is losing viewers and readers and it is because the people have caught onto them. They have credibility left, can you imagine the outroar from the MSM if this was Bush and Gonzalez?

Jim, that makes you only 1/2 racist, I believe! Didn’t I read that Holder was of the same race mix as Obama and Jarrett and Wright? Now I am sure I will be labeled a racist since I had to clarify it….oh well. I think Holder will try and protect Obama, but to what extent, I guess we will see, he is getting into some hot water, might be time for him to CYA, you know?

Steve, have you done anything on this Sacket/EPA thing? This whole ruling by decree thing is inspiring more and more to talk potential violence. Then covering themselves like this…

I haven’t done anything on it yet, it is one of those stories that slipped under the radar because so many other things were going on. And that is part of Obama’s plan: throw everything at us all at once and it will be impossible to cover everything.
