Arizona bomber was denied a green card by Homeland Security for “terrorist related activity” before the attack

December 9, 2012

This is a story which hasn’t received much coverage in the mainstream media because people like George Stephanopoulos and Brian Ross couldn’t make a lame attempt on pinning it on the Tea Party like they did in the Colorado theater shooting so instead the media decided to ignore the story almost completely, but last week there was a terrorist attack on a Social Security office in Arizona.

I could almost guarantee you then when it was learned a bomb went off outside a government building the media immediately tried to tie the attack to a disgruntled Tea Party person who was making a statement after the November election, but once it was learned the attack was carried out by an Iraqi refugee named Abdullatif Aldosary they quickly moved on to another story.

New details are starting to emerge and we now know that Abdullatif Aldosary actually approached Arizona Representative Paul Gosar in 2011 about getting a green card. Paul Gosar forwarded the request to immigration authorities but the Department of Homeland Security denied Aldosary’s request because:

DHS responded by saying Aldosary was not eligible for a permanent change to citizenship “pursuant to the terrorism-related grounds of inadmissibility, and that “individuals who engage in terrorism-related activity … are barred from receiving various immigration benefits.”

DHS denied his request because he was known to have participated in some sort of terrorist related activity in the past, so why the hell was he allowed to stay in this country once Gosar forwarded Aldosary’s request to immigration?

We all know that Barack Obama has issued an Executive Order loosening the immigration laws of the United States in an effort–we were told–to streamline the process by focusing on the higher priority cases instead of the lower priority cases. But what is a higher priority than departing a man who is known to have had terrorist ties once he is found as is the case with Aldosary?

If a man with terrorist related activities in his past is not considered a high priority case I think it goes to show the nation that Barack Obama and the DHS really don’t think there is such a thing as a high priority deportation case.

It makes you wonder who else is in this country and it makes you wonder what plans they may be formulating.

It would appear that foreign born residents of this country with terrorist leaning are acceptable to those in the Obama administration while native born Americans with the same qualities are the ultimate suspects and placed under the feds magnifing glass. Evil white men are considered to be enemies of the state—-thats what its come too.

It is unforgivable to me that this man was allowed to stay in the country with his background and it makes you wonder what the hell is going on.

Ron, I would say it is about bad decision making. Here in Illinois, last week, at the state capitol, we had the illegals protesting for drivers licenses. BOTH parties are in favor of giving them a license under the pretense that they will have to purchase car insurance and the roads will be safer. A side note, my husband and I have both been hit by uninsured motorist in the last couple of years, so I don’t feel they will rush out and purchase insurance. Back to my point, if you have a FULL rotunda of illegals and you know they are illegals and you do nothing about it, is that a bad decision? What it comes down to is that a license is $30 times how many illegals. This is what slipped out by the Lt. Gov. at a presser, the money Illinois would rake in, not the safeness of its’ citizens. I am beginning to wonder about this state, they raised our taxes horribly and the state is going bankrupted, bad decision making there, as well.
Another point, my Mom who passed away in October worked at a university for 30 years, she had secondary insurance thru the State of Illinois. I am finishing up the formalities of all the doctor bills. Come to find out, even though Medicare picked up their part and the secondary insurance has processed what is left, it has to go to the state to cut the checks. Guess what? They are backed up at least 43 weeks on sending out the payments, if they ever do. Now guess who is responsible for those payments IF the insurance doesn’t pay out? ME! Now let me ask you, do we need more illegals here getting benefits? No. Will the $30 per license cover my Mom’s bills? I doubt that as well. Just more bad decisions.

To think that illegals who are breaking the law by driving illegally are suddenly going to shell out the cash for a license when they know nothing is going to happen to them for driving illegally is asinine, but I fear that this is starting to gain momentum in many states Lou.

And the last I heard, he won’t be charged as a terrorist. I might be for what I write in my blog, bht a bomber with a record, no. Does anybody in this administration care about what is happening to our country?

If I recall there has been a whole bunch of thwarted terrorist attacks in this country thwarted in the last few years. I am pretty sure someone cares. Who didn’t care? The people that ignored 52 separate FAA warnings before 9/11.

      And more warnings.

Now let’s talk about presidents that really don’t give a damn about warnings.

Sorry folks. All them facts and stuff…..

This comment was caught in my spam filter because it contained two links, that is why it didn’t show up when you first posted it.

You may have noticed that there isn’t anybody jumping to George Bush’s defense here and that is because I don’t think there are many George Bush fans here–they see him as a big government guy as well–and with the execption of using his name to point out media bias I don’t think you will see anyone defend him. So perhaps it is time to stop with the diversionary tactics and stick to the topic at hand. We are doing as Obama said and we are moving forward, it is time for you to do so as well.

Yes, a source in the FBI said he probably wouldn’t be charged with terrorism because of “political sensitivities.”

Speaking of administrations that ignore warnings. 52 FAA warnings ignored pre-9/11.

If I recall, there has been a bunch of thwarted terror attacks thwarted in the US lately. It seems like the only successful attacks are gun nuts.

What was that number, 80,000 ragheads that Ovomit is importing every year? Tell you anything? It is importing that army it spoke of to try and force us into Sharia.

It is my opinion that “sanctuary cities” enable too much illegal activity of whichever group they are “sanctuaries” for.

That is some “right in your face” law breaking by the law itself!
