We have watched Barack Obama move from one manufactured crisis to the next creating fear and division among the people in an attempt to push his agenda. His strategy of governing is one of divide and conquer and this is the strategy which also won him reelection last year.
The latest example of his divide and conquer strategy comes in the form of the sequestration as he tries to play Americans against each other yet again–this time in the form of public sector versus private sector employees, so this week’s musical selection is a song called ‘Divide and Conquer’ by a band called Husker Du.
Enjoy:
Big Brother on every wall
Muzak plays in all the halls
Empires see the rise and fall
They divide, conquer
It’s not about my politics
Something happened way too quick
Bunch of men who played it sick
They divide, conquer
It’s all here before your eyes
Safety is a big disguise
That hides among the other lies
They divide, conquer
Well, I expect I won’t be heard
‘Cause my silence is assured
Never a discouraging word
They divide and conquer

The Romneys’ interview this past weak left ( no pun intended) those if us on the right with that vague feeling of a year out of our lives wasted, a year of hope against hope as we advocated for this man we knew to be nothing more than a glorified bed-wetter. They talked about all the plane rides and now back to pumping their own gas. Hey Mutt ( not a typo) how about using this platform to rail against your former opponents dismantling of our country, our freedoms, our economy, our way of life, our constitution? By the way, the dry cleaners called to say your checkered pants are ready to pick up.

I didn’t see the interview and I didn’t want to because I never really liked this man in the first place and it would only serve to remind me that he was the best we could have put forward.

Glad to know you are still stopping by even if you don’t comment, hopefully we can get America back on the right path before it is too late. I am also glad you enjoy my musical selections, I don’t think many people here have the same taste in music as I do. Husker Du was a great band in their time.
