Susan Rice calls Benghazi a “false controversy”

December 23, 2013

Earlier this year Barack Obama called the terrorist attack in Benghazi (as well as the IRS and NSA scandals) a “phony scandal” and that opinion seems to be rampant throughout his regime.

On ’60 Minutes’ last night Susan rice also called the attack which left Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods dead a “false controversy.”

“I don’t have time to think about a false controversy,” National Security Adviser Susan Rice told CBS’ “60 Minutes” in an interview that aired Sunday.

Rice was talking about the September 11, 2012 terror attack in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans, including the U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and her insistence five days later — on all five Sunday talk shows — that the attack was a spontaneous event arising from a little-known anti-Muslim video.

Here we had a terrorist attack, which nobody was willing to call a terrorist attack, that left one of our ambassadors, and three others who tried to save him, dead after the Obama regime decided not to send in help which was available and in the region. An attack in which the only person held accountable was an American who made a video which had nothing to do with the attack. An attack which happened after Chris Stevens begged the regime for more security but was ignored. An attack which Barack Obama knew was underway when he decided to go to bed in order to get some rest before a big fundraiser in Las Vegas the following day. And she does not have time to even think about it?! This should haunt her dreams and yet she is callous about the whole affair.

Obviously she would rather forget about the whole ordeal than face the truth, I think this is called memory suppression. Whatever happened to holding the people responsible for the attack accountable? I guess the Obama regime is simply too busy trying to destroy the healthcare system to worry about bringing the people responsible for this attack to justice,  you have to have priorities I guess…..

If that’s what the President’s National Security Advisor (Chief Liar) thinks, let her put her monney where her mouth is a go to Libya unescourted and let her do an on-the-grround investigation. I’m sure she would receive a warm welcome.

Somehow I think she would suddenly find this something to think about if she were the one asked to go over there.

I wouldn’t call it memory suppression. It’s more like willful ignorance with no regard to what actually took place in Benghazi.
