Barack Obama delays yet another Obamacare provision
Obamacare is moving forward so swimmingly that the regime has been forced to delay several key components of the law until after the 2014 election in an attempt to temper the disastrous effects and protect Democratic incumbents who voted in favor of the bill.
Now the Obama regime has delayed yet another provision of the law:
The Obama administration plans to delay enforcement of yet another Obamacare provision, according to a New York Times report.
This line in the law would ban employers from discriminating “in favor of highly compensated individuals” when it comes to health insurance eligibility or benefits. Effectively, the provision prevents employers from providing their top executives cushy health benefits while low-level employees are given less optimal health insurance options.
Why would the Obama regime delay a provision which assures the rich would not receive benefits the middle class would not get, especially considering that Barack Obama calls himself a middle class warrior? Why would he allow corporations to take care of the rich if he cared so deeply about punishing the rich for being successful?
The answer is simply, the law is not yet complete:
The IRS will not enforce the provision in 2014 because they simply haven’t yet gotten around to actually writing the regulations that employers must follow, even though the Affordable Care Act was signed into law almost four years ago.
Nancy Pelosi once famously said that the bill must be passed so that we could learn what was in it, but now it is becoming quite apparent that even if the politicians had read the bill before they passed it they still wouldn’t know what was in it because the law has not been completed. Nobody knows what is in it five years after its passage.
Think about that for a moment; the Democrats passed a 2,000 bill and five years later they are still writing regulations and they are still scrambling to finalize the legislation. You would think that with a bill of this size everything would have been accounted for, but of course you would be wrong. They are making this law up as they go along…..

Might the question be who or what global power is directing the corporations and financial institutions to sit quietly and twiddle their thumbs while this straw man takes them to task for their achieved wealth and success? If there was no external all powerful entity pulling everyone’s strings would not this clown be back in Kenya picking nits and gnats out of his fro once he cleansed himself of the tar and feathers?

This isn’t the first example of this, the infamous privacy rule of the HIPAA law was written five years after the passage of HIPAA and then was promptly misinterpreted by the bureaucrat community to generate another level of oversight populated by more bureaucrats.

So far the Dem strategy of delay and obfuscate has worked. Until the peasants rise up and march on Washington nothing will happen. The Dem have learned they can fool most of the people all the time. Just wait till they offer medical marijuana under the guise of OC!

Makes one wonder if they are systematically rolling it out under some guidelines. I cannot think of what else would be fueling this. They know most of the population will sit back and accept it, because after all, what can they do about it! We know it was not a finished bill when it was brought out, they do seem to be making it up as they go, but like I said, under what guidelines? I think they believe that if they throw so much at us at once, we will not be able to keep up and they might be right given how much attention the general public pays to this. We, on the other hand, had their number a long time ago.

Yes they are making it up as they go and they are doing it to ensure it hurts the party as little as possible before the election. Purely political! They know that until it really begins to hurt people most people will not do anything and so they are putting it off until it is too late for the people to do anything. They must all be voted out and they know that would happen if the law was fully implemented and so they are delaying the worst parts of the law.
