Barbara Boxer left “shaking and trembling” after Bob Corker criticized John Kerry and Barack Obama over ISIS

September 17, 2014

Earlier today Secretary of State John Kerry testified in front of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and according to this article he got into a heated debate with Bob Corker, who questioned his judgement on ISIS.

Here is part of what Bob Corker had to say:

“I want to say as I said personally, we have three senators, president, vice president, secretary of state, that are exercising terrible judgment right now. And to say that you’re going to do this regardless of what we say, you’re not going to ask for buy-in by the United States Senate or House of Representatives on behalf of the American people in a conflict that’s going to be multiyear. Some people say a decade. Taking us into another country with a different enemy, is exercising the worst judgment possible.”

This criticism of judgement left Barbara Boxer quite upset, she had the following to say:

“I think it is shocking, and a sad state of affairs that we heard just now such angry comments aimed at you, Mr. secretary and through you at our president, instead of at ISIS — a savage group who decapitated two Americans and have warned, and I quote, that ‘their thirst for more american blood is right out there.’

“I think it’s shocking,” she continued as she slammed her paper on the table. “I’m actually shaking and trembling.

She was left “shaking and trembling” because Bob Corker used John Kerry to attack the president. How dare he! Nobody on the left would ever do such a thing in front of the Congress for political reasons, right?

Well, except for when Dick Durbin used the troops to attack the Bush regime. (This was not during a committee hearing but still took place on the Senate floor) Here is part of what he had to say in 2005:

“If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime — Pol Pot or others — that had no concern for human beings,” Durbin said. “Sadly, that is not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their prisoners.”

He eventually apologized for his remarks but not after doubling down:

“This administration should apologize to the American people for abandoning the Geneva Conventions and authorizing torture techniques that put our troops at risk and make Americans less secure,”

Much like what Barbara Boxer accused Bob Corker of doing, this statement shows that Dick Durbin was using the troops to attack the Bush regime. If Barbara Boxer is consistent we would find that she condemned Dick Durbin’s words as misplaced anger, she would have attacked him for aiming his comments at the troops and at the president instead of at the terrorists.

Yet what did Barbara Boxer have to say to Dick Durbin? I googled it and could not find a damn thing.

I believe this would be called selective outrage.

Hyper-hypocrites. Boxer is a sad, depraved soul whose steeped in the bowel of deceit. She probably well aware of their (this Adminst.) connection with ISIS – esp. since they’ve been equipping them. She’s like a rabid dog protecting the shyster landlord – of which she is one (too much proof to note!).
Good for Bob, tossing rocks at their OZ glass palace.

All theatrics, that is all this is! She gets an article written on her. She is a dried up old hag that keeps getting re-elected, WHY? If the shoe was on the other foot, there would be nothing said, as you stated about Durbin. I am SO hoping that the man we have running in Illinois will put Durbin out of office, a slim chance, but he is gaining speed. We are doing what we can here, there is just so much corruption that it is hard to get ahead. I do not condone cheating or fraud, but when that is what you are up against, what the hell do you do to fight back? I know alot of people blame us for our own problems, but if truth be known, other than Chicago area with Cook County, there is only one other County in Illinois that votes Democrat…what does that tell you? The rest of the state is Conservative, so there HAS to be alot of fraud going on.

Do you notice too Lou, that ‘their feelings’ are so much more important than anyone else’s’?
Their ‘thoughts’ so much better and grander, wiser above the serfs! ‘Hag’ is a right – rotten and moldy on the inside.
She probably get re-elected by computer hacking or having her illegal workers at her canning factory over vote, plus all their dead relatives!

Exactly! People like her think they are the most important people in the world and they will always move to protect one another. She could not debate the facts so she attacked the accuser. Typical…

Well Zip, if that is how she feels, who are WE to question those feelings? it is a bit overwhelming with all the emotional turmoil they have to go thru at the hands of the damn Republicans, how can they stand it? Ha!

That is exactly what this was; she could not fight back on the issue so she tried to turn the tables on Corker.
I honestly hope that someday the people of Chicago reach the point where they finally say enough is enough. It is sad the whole state has to be punished for the actions of one particular area in the state.

Our State has great benefits, so we have people flocking here to get them. Of course the State is so far in the red, Gov. Quinn will probably be raising taxes again. The last increase was 67%, chew on that for awhile! I live in the center of the State in Macon County and we have alot of Cook County transplants coming here to get better benefits than they can get up there in the Chicago area. Decatur is taking the same route as East St. Louis took with all the welfare recipients, which is NOT a good thing. Businesses are moving out of Illinois because of the taxes and there is no incentive for new businesses to come here. It is a sad state of affairs and we still have the same bunch running the show over in Springfield!!!

67%!!? Yikes! And all to take care of those who do not want to take care of themselves while the workers get screwed. It sounds like it will be a long road before anything is going to change.

I’m sure Barbara Boxer would prefer that rather than speaking honestly and directly with John Kerry, who is an incompetent, truth challenged buffoon, that Sen. Corker simply shut up. It is a bizarre consistency among the left to mussel opposition. I agree with Larry; there is little difference between Maxine Waters and Barbara Boxer. They are both seriously brain deficient, and both have rotten souls.

Bunker they have alot more “cushion” in the way of money to pad things for themselves. We, on the other hand will feel it alot sooner when it hits the fan. I would love to have the money that Boxer, Feinstein and Pelosi have, but of course if it means lacking a soul, guess I should have to pass!

Usually when totalitarian regimes take over, the “bourgeoisie” is the first to be arrested and imprisoned or worse.

Radiohead has a song called Paranoid Android and in that song there is this line: When I am king you will be first against the wall. If these people knew their history they would understand that the useful idiots who help these people gain power are the first ones who are eliminated.

I have the radio on at night listening to Mark Levin, Michael Savage, then Eric Harley and Gary McNamara til morning. The last 2 guys were talking about asking people about the Constitution, since we just had Constitution Day on Wednesday. They said that 67% of the people could not name the 3 branches of our Government, I cannot remember what the other questions were, but John Roberts was not known, either. They said the schools were dumbing down our children and I am sure you see it as well as I do. Most did not know that the 3 branches are SUPPOSED to have equal power, haha! If we stand back and look at what is happening today, I would say that is not the case anymore. What do you think? Whatever happened to checks and balances? Guess money talks!

I saw the headline on Drudge about a majority of the people not being able to name the three branches of government. This is of course being done on purpose so that when the younger generations grow up they will not understand how our government is supposed to work, that way the socialists can mold it into the government they have always wanted.

Funny how when they cannot cover something up and it “gets out there on the internet”, they don’t like it, isn’t it? If they ever get control of the internet we are in trouble. I imagine there are alot of us that will end up in the camps, at least we will have good company. They have control of the media on tv and most the newspapers, guess I can see why they would be going after the internet, as well. We can’t have all this freedom of speech going around now, can we?
