Barack Obama admits the Democrats who are running from him are on his side

October 21, 2014

Either intentionally or unintentionally Barack Obama has been undercutting the Democrats who are trying to distance themselves from him in the upcoming election. Two have gone so far as to refuse to tell us if they voted for the President, which makes no sense because we all know they did so there is nothing to gain from this.

When asked about the President on the campaign trail some Democrats like to remind us that he is not on the ballot in 2014 instead of answering the question. This has certainly been the case here in New Hampshire. But what did Barack Obama do?

He stated that his policies were on the ballot which means, of course, that he is on the ballot for all intents and purposes. We cannot vote him out of office but we can vote against his agenda. Some Republicans were quick to pounce on this with campaign ads.

And now Barack Obama has done it again. The President was interviewed by Al Sharpton and he admitted that the Democrats who are running from him are his allies who vote with him and “supported my [Obama’s] agenda.”

This is not news of course, this is the truth and I am sure everybody knows it, but it is funny because he just does not seem to understand what they are trying to do. And if he does understand he undercut them again.

I see another Republican campaign ad in the near future in all these troubled Democrats’ states.

Try as he might, he cannot get away from the “me ism” Actually it is kind of fun watching him implode.

They are sadly mistaken if they believe Obama is not on the ballot. This election is about him and they know it.

Yes, they all know it but they have to try. Obama, through his policies, is on the ballot whether they want to admit it or not.

“We cannot vote him out of office but we can vote against his agenda.”

    “. . . he undercut them again.

“I see another Republican campaign ad in the near future in all these troubled Democrats’ states.”

Indeed, I think I already heard such an ad on the radio on my way in to work this morning (in this case, for Senator McConnell, against Mrs. Grimes).

I agree, funny! Remember when we were told that whatever his other weaknesses, at least Mr. Obama was a brilliant politician?

I became the eternal pragmatist/pessimist as regards american politics and american voters upon the second coronation of the emperor with no clothes. I will believe any of this bull crap matters when the senate goes republican. Note*- I am not holding my breath.

Even if the Senate does go Republican I will be holding my breath because I do not believe they are any better than the Democrats at this time.
