Federal Appeals Court rules against Barack Obama’s Executive immigration

 Back in February U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen issued an injunction halting Barack Obama’s Executive action on immigration stating that the President probably broke the law. The Department of Injustice naturally appealed this decision looking for a stay of the injunction but today the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the District Court and refused to grant the regime a stay.

A federal appeals court refused to lift an injunction against President Obama’s deportation amnesty in a ruling Tuesday that delivers a second major legal setback to the administration and keeps millions of illegal immigrants on hold.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit sided with a lower court that ruled Mr. Obama probably broke the law in taking unilateral action last year to grant an amnesty from deportation. The three-judge panel, ruling 2-1, shot down Mr. Obama’s hopes of quickly restarting the amnesty, and make it likely he’ll have to go to the Supreme Court to try to win his case.

  It now looks as though Barack Obama’s Executive immigration will be on hold until this reaches the Supreme Court and that should take some time. This is good news however it should be remembered that the Obama regime has already admitted to breaking the Court injunction once before so what is to stop him from ignoring this ruling if he sees fit? There is a track record here after all and he does seem to have a little Andrew Jackson streak in him when it comes to court decisions…
