Scott Walker announces bid for the Presidency in 2016

July 13, 2015

This comes as no surprise–especially after he accidentally Tweeted his intentions last weekend–but today Scott Walker made his bid for the Presidency in 2016 official.

Scott Walker has proven he can win a tough race as he managed to win the Governorship in a blue state but what is most impressive about him is that once he won he actually did what he said he would do. You can disagree with what he did as Governor but you have to at least admire the fact that he did not back down in his state after he won election, even as he was facing a recall election. At least we know he will try to do what he says he will unlike the establishment Republicans who merely talk a good game while they are running for office but immediately revert back to their wishy-washy selves after the election is over.

My mind is not made up about Scott Walker yet and I have to admit his shifting stance on illegal  immigration has me worried because I do not know where he stands on this issue, but I will listen to what he has to say.

Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium

At least we have some options this time around. It is a pleasure to see the Bushites spinning in the wind. Rove particularly.

Hopefully all the non-establishment voters will rally around one candidate and the vote will not be split or else that will end up helping Bush. But it is fun to see people like Rove getting a little nervous!

He must be pretty right on seeing the media has been trying to derail him for so long. I, like you will be listening to what he has to say.
