Latest Iowa poll shows Bernie Sanders ahead of Hillary Clinton by 5 points

 Just a few short days ago an Iowa poll was released which showed Bernie Sanders within striking distance of Hillary Clinton, trailing by just three points. And now a new Iowa poll has been released which shows Bernie Sanders ahead of the former Secretary of State for the first time. According to this poll Hillary Clinton is trailing the Senator from Vermont by five points, here is more:

a Quinnipiac poll released later in the day, grabbing 49 percent to her 44 percent.

  When you couple this with the recent news that many people in the FBI believe the agency has more than enough evidence to indict Hillary Clinton, and with the news that the organization which was originally created to defend Bill Clinton–MoveOn.org–has actually endorsed Bernie Sanders, the wheels appear to be falling off the Hillary Clinton campaign wagon. 

  Hillary Clinton is still doing well in the states which hold their elections after Iowa and New Hampshire but this could be based on, and this is just my opinion, the idea that they do not believe Bernie Sanders is a legitimate option to Hillary Clinton. However if Bernie Sanders is able to win both Iowa and New Hampshire it could lend a legitimacy to his candidacy that many voters might feel is lacking and if that is the case we could see a tsunami rise up which could take away what the former Secretary of State feels is her birthright. 

  I still believe this is Hillary Clinton’s campaign to lose and most likely she will find a way to hold on but at this point she has to be wondering if there is going to be a repeat of the 2004 election when early on she was also called the presumptive Democratic nominee.
