Cheryl Mills testified today on Hillary Clinton’s email scandal
Earlier today Judicial Watch grilled Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills over the former Secretary of State’s decision to use a personal email server on which to conduct ALL State Department business and we learned a few things. Actually that is not quite accurate because we already knew what she disclosed but now we have sworn testimony to back it up. It is no longer just part of a vast right-wing conspiracy any more…
Cheryl Mills testified that Hillary Clinton’s email account was not subject to FOIA requests, she had no system in place to print and save emails as required by law, and she used her non-secure Blackberry to send and receive emails.
You can read portions of the testimony by following the link I provided above, I am not going to quote it here because as I said we already knew most of this.
This appears to be very damaging testimony following on the heals of the recent scathing State Department Inspector General report which found she violated State Department rules and of course the ongoing FBI criminal investigation.
It appears as if Hillary Clinton not only violated State Department rules but most likely also violated Federal record keeping laws but of course this means nothing to the left because a recent poll found that 71% of Democrats believe she should continue running for President even if she is indicted. The end justifies the means…

According to some articles I read failure to follow the rules is not punishable because Hillary is no longer a government employee. It appears they – BO and Hillary avoided compliance by not having an IG at the State Dep.
The ends justify the means!
Maybe if some of the morally weak Dem would read this.

That is interesting about not being punishable for breaking the rules and it is probably true but I have to believe if she broke Federal record keeping laws they would have to indict her.
That was a great article, I shared in on FB.

I think the reason most people do not see Hillary’s email/server as a big deal is because they do not have jobs that require this level of security. The service industry does not require complex computer skills. I’m sure a lot of people use their work computer for personal things, so the meme of she needs privacy to talk to her husband and daughter. The Dem party is responsible for the destruction of American ethics and morality and the GAGA party is complicit in this destruction.

That is a great point CJ, perhaps many people are just ignorant about some of these things. The idea she needed privacy for personal emails is something that people probably can understand, and I do, but they need to realize it shouldn’t have been too hard for the smartest woman in the world to figure out how to use two emails. 🙂

The three lingering question are first, who will lard ass punish for giving life to the big lie that she did anything wrong once she takes the oath in January, 2017. Second, It remains to be seen if Chaka has the balls to declare martial law beefore and retain the scepter of power while we think we know that Clinton will not hesitate to do so by merely shredding those constitutional amendments that stand in her way of assuming complete despotic powers. The third question is, will she use a food taster in the White House?

Its like that scene from “National Treasure” where Ben asks the FBI if there is any way he doesn’t have to go to jail and the agent replies “somebody has to go to jail.” Anyway, somebody will be punished that is for sure.

She has been around since the first email scandal in the 90s. They just won’t go away.
