MSNBC analyst claims Jared Kushner either is or wants to be a Russian agent
Last week the Washington Post reported that White House adviser Jared Kushner asked Russia to set up a back channel of communication between that country and the Trump transition team. This is a serious charge, and if it is true Jared Kusher needs to follow Michael Flynn out the door. I am sure in time the special investigator will look into this but as of right now we are going with an unconfirmed report based on anonymous sources and rumors with no evidence that we know of to back it up.
I remember a time not all that long ago when the left thought very little of anonymous sources but apparently that has changed as an air of neo-McCarthyism has gripped the left in Washington as well as the mainstream media. (The same folks who once ridiculed Mitt Romney for calling Russia the United States’ number one geo-political foe.)
So much so that an MSNBC analyst made the claim that Jared Kushner was “absolutely” a Russian agent of at least aspired to be one. Here is the clip:
Even the MSNBC host was taken aback claiming this was a “major” accusation and while Jared Kushner might aspire to be “mega-rich” “mega-powerful” and “mega-mega-important” that it is a stretch to say he is a Russian agent.
The neo-McCarthyite then tried to back down a little claiming that the term “agent” does not mean what most Americans think it does but I think it was pretty clear what he was alleging here. I am not defending Jared Kushner, in fact I think he was up to something nefarious, however I think this is taking it too far, especially when there has still not been any solid evidence uncovered–and the Democrats admit this–of anything illegal having taken place.
malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
Seriously? Kushner’s a geek, coudn’t handle it if true. MSNBC is a venue for the mentally challeged, extremely delusional under-educated and ignorant leftist buffoons – should there ever be a cure for mental illness they and the rest would be out of business….WFM
