Joe Biden deploys Federal mask police
The title of this post is hyperbole, but it is not all that much of a stretch when you come down to it. Beginning today the TSA will begin enforcing the Federal mask mandate, making sure that masks not only are being worn by all plebeians, but also that they meet the Federal requirements, are being worn properly, and have the proper fit.

Americans are now required to wear masks in planes, trains, buses, subways, taxis, car services, boats, and transportation hubs, per a new order from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that took effect today. Masks must be of a style approved by the federal government and must fit properly. Failure to comply will result in being prohibited from traveling, booted from the transit in question, and potential criminal penalties.
The order will be enforced by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents and “other federal authorities,” as well as state and local officials. “To the extent permitted by law…federal agencies are required to implement additional measures enforcing the provisions of this Order,” the CDC says.
“CDC reserves the right to enforce through criminal penalties,” the agency adds, though it claims not to intend “to rely primarily on these criminal penalties.” The feds may also implement “additional civil measures enforcing the provisions” of the order (which “is not a rule within the meaning of the Administrative Procedure Act,” the CDC notes, “but rather is an emergency action”).
You did note that this was not just a matter of not letting people ride the bus without a mask, criminal penalties can be imposed. And does it make anybody feel any better that the CDC and the other authorities enforcing the mandate do not intend to use criminal penalties?
Remember when Joe Biden said all he was asking was for Americans to wear a mask for 100 days? Does this sound like he is asking to you? We are now nearly a year into this and no the government clamp down begins, this is not going to go away any time soon, if ever. We are no longer living in America.

Last week New York’s Attorney General, a Democrat, released a report on Andrew Cuomo’s disastrous COVID-19 nursing home edict which found the New York Governor underreported the deaths related to his policy to have been vastly underreported by 50%.
Andrew Cuomo’s response was a Clinton-esque “who cares where they died? They died!” I am sure the family and friends of the needlessly dead care. Republicans also care, and they are trying to open an investigation into the matter. But I can tell you who apparently does not care and that is the New York Democrats because according to this story they have blocked a subpoena for the data related to the nursing home fatalities. New York State Senate Democrats blocked a subpoena for nursing home fatality data on Monday, mere days after New York Attorney General Letitia James released a damning report indicating Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) administration had “undercounted” the number of coronavirus-related fatalities in nursing homes “by as much as 50 percent.”
Sen. Thomas O’Mara, the top Republican serving on the Senate Committee on Investigations and Government Operations, made the motion on Monday during a virtual meeting. The Republican lawmaker said he wanted to “make sure we get to the bottom” of the irregularities in reporting the data on coronavirus-related fatalities in nursing homes.
The motion followed last week’s report from New York Attorney General Letitia James, which indicated “a larger number of nursing home residents died from COVID-19 than the New York State Department of Health’s (DOH) published nursing home data reflected and may have been undercounted by as much as 50 percent.”
Their excuse is something like everybody already knows how many people dies so why release the data? In other words the New York Democrats are moving to protect their Supreme Leader.

One of the first actions Joe Biden took after becoming President was to put a halt on a Trump Executive Order which made insulin and the EpiPen more affordable to those who need them. Now good ole compassionate and caring Uncle Joe is at it again, this time rescinding a Trump Executive Order which was designed to get opioid addicts some medication they need to kick the habit. Biden intends to take presidential action to rescind Trump’s previous order expanding access to a medication called Buprenorphine used to treat Opioid addiction.
According to anonymous sources reported by the Washington Post, Biden’s impending move will reinstate the rule requiring practitioners to obtain the “X-waiver” before prescribing Buprenorphine.
A draft of Biden’s announcement released by the Post allegedly states, “Unfortunately, the Practice Guidelines for the Administration of Buprenorphine for Treating Opioid Use Disorder announced by the Trump administration in its last days had significant legal and clinical concerns.”
Therefore, “The Biden Administration will not issue the Guidelines previously announced.”
This news comes just over two weeks after Trump’s Administration announced the new guidelines “cutting the red tape” to access to the medication.
You have to have priorities I guess, and between this Executive Order and the one on insulin and the EpiPen, it is clear that Joe Biden and the Democrats have prioritized reversing everything Donald Trump did even if that means hurting the people Donald Trump helped.

Last week a judge put a 14 day hold on Joe Biden’s Executive Order which put a halt to the deportation of illegal immigrants. That seemed like a short period of time but now, according to this story, that same judge has extended the hold until February 23rd. Here is more:
A federal judge in Texas said Friday that he’ll likely extend his hold on the Biden administration’s deportation moratorium until February 23.
Earlier this week, Judge Drew Tipton of the Southern District of Texas, a Trump appointee, blocked the administration’s 100-day pause on deportations, delivering a blow to one of President Joe Biden’s first immigration actions. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, had sued, leading to the first legal block of one of Biden’s executive actions.
Tipton initially blocked the administration from executing its deportation pause for 14 days. The temporary restraining order, Tipton argued, was appropriate under the Administrative Procedure Act.
The Department of Justice has not appealed the ruling as of yet but I think it is safe to assume it is only a matter of time.

The overseers in Los Angeles are allowing restaurants and bars which have not permanently closed due to the county’s draconian COVID-19 lockdown orders to reopen outdoor dining with one strange caveat. They are not allowing the patrons of these establishments to watch television, here is more on this baffling rule:
Outdoor dining in Los Angeles County reopened Friday with a catch: restaurants and bars can’t have their televisions turned on for customers, according to a new health order.
“Televisions or any other screens that are used to broadcast programming must be removed from the area or turned off. This provision is effective until further notice,” guidance issued Thursday reads.
It’s unclear why the county is prohibiting restaurants from using their televisions given no scientific evidence that television contributes to the spread of the coronavirus.
Of course they offered no reason because there is no reason. This is not about keeping people safe, there is no science behind this decision, this is about showing the people they still have control over them and can take away their freedoms again any time they chose if the plebeians do not comply.

We all know about Andrew Cuomo’s COVID-19 nursing home directive which led to the deaths of over 6,000 of New York’s elderly residents. Back in August of last year there were reports that the deaths were underreported and there were calls for an independent investigation into Andrew Cuomo’s disastrous and deadly policy, with one Democrat in New York claiming the Governor underreported the deaths about about 2,000.
There was never an independent investigation but New York’s Attorney General had no choice but to look into the matter and she has released her report. According to the report the Attorney General found that Andrew Cuomo underreported the nursing home deaths by 50%. Here is more:

The report holds New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s feet to the fire for his handling of the coronavirus pandemic in the early months of 2020, after he directed nursing homes in the Empire State to accept patients who had or were suspected of having COVID-19. The decision created an onslaught of COVID-19 cases that infected thousands of elderly patients and resulted in hundreds of deaths among the state’s most vulnerable population.
The governor was silent Thursday following the new AG report and did not respond to Fox News’ immediate request for comment.

Joe Biden promised a flurry of Executive Orders to reverse Trump policies and so far in his first week on the job he has delivered with his pen and his phone, and not for the good. He has signed so many orders that he had to admit he has no idea what he is even signing.
Today the President signed an order which Donald Trump put into place last December which would lower the cost of insulin and the EpiPen, here is more:

On Thursday, Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced the new rule would be put on hold, along with several other Trump-era orders pending a 60-day review. Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain directed federal agencies on Wednesday to pause orders that had been signed and published by the previous administration but not yet effective.
“This freeze is part of the Biden administration’s large-scale effort announced this week that will scrutinize the Trump administration’s health policies,” reported Bloomberg Law. “If the previous administration’s policies raise ‘fact, law, or policy’ concerns, the Biden HHS will delay them and consult with the Office of Management and Budget about other actions.”
I am not going to give Joe Biden the I-didn’t-know-what-I-was-signing out because I believe he knew exactly what he was doing. He chose siding with big Pharma and spiting Donald Trump over the little guy.
And I do not think we should forget his brother and his son-in-law are both in the healthcare industry (just for the record these are two different people, I know it is not easy to tell with the Biden family relations) and he has used his position to help them before…

Hunter Biden still holds interests in Chinese firm
You may remember several months ago Hunter Biden was under some scrutiny for his China dealings and the Ministry of Propaganda informed us that he would be divesting himself of his Chinese interests so there would be no apparent conflict of interest while his father was running for President. We found out several months later that Hunter Biden did relinquish an UNPAID position in a Chinese firm but still held a 10% stake in BHR.
Fast forward to today and you will be shocked, SHOCKED I say, to learn that the First Son still holds interests in China. Here is more:

Hunter Biden is the sole beneficial owner of Skaneateles LLC, according to Washington D.C. corporate records.
