National Guard evacuated from capitol after mask violation
After a threat was phoned into the capitol building the National Guard was evacuated from the premises and forced to take shelter in a parking garage. Do not worry, this was not a bomb threat and the lives of our representatives or guardsmen were not in danger. Or should I say not in immediate danger? One of our Representatives, Will Keating, a congressman from the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, was apparently worried his life was in danger from COVID-19 because a member of the Guard was sipping a coffee in Dunkin Donuts without a mask on and he reported him to the proper authorities. National Guard troops were forced to evacuate the Capitol building grounds on Thursday and hang out in parking garages, allegedly after a Democrat congressman complained about one National Guard member not wearing a mask at a cafe in the building.
According to a source, Rep. Will Keating (D-MA) reported to the Capitol building authorities earlier in the day that a National Guardsman was seen in a Dunkin Donuts without a mask on.
After Keating commented out loud that masks were required to be worn at all times in a federal building, the National Guard member responded, “I appreciate my freedom,” according to the source.
National Guard commanders are now looking for the National Guard member, according to the source.
Notice the National Guard is trying to identify this person, are they really going to take action against this person for not wearing a mask. Somebody has to be made an example of so my guess would be yes.
Ironically this comes just hours after Joe Biden was also seen on camera breaking his own mask mandate at the Lincoln Memorial but there are different rules in place for the plebeians and for the ruling class oligarchs.

Joe Biden violates Federal mask mandate hours after signing it
We are quickly headed towards one year of COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions with no end in site from the oppressors. Over this time we have seen many instances of Governors and other Government officials who do not believe the draconian restrictions they have forced upon the people apply to them as well.
Up until this time the highest ranking official we caught was non other than Nancy Pelosi, who got her hair done in a salon despite a shutdown order in San Francisco while at the same time violating a mask order. I say up until now because we have a new winner. On his first day in office Joe Biden signed an Executive Order mandating masks to be worn on Federal property and then just a few hours later he was caught without a mask on. Here is more:

Joe Biden’s supporters are defending him because he was celebrating an historic day so he deserves a break. But since when does the COVID-19 virus leave people alone because they are celebrating an historic day? And what about Christmas, Thanksgiving, and milestone birthdays? Aren’t those also historic days people would like to celebrate?
But here is the most hypocritical part for both Joe Biden and the people who are defending him. These are the same people who went after Donald Trump for not wearing a mask in public, claiming it was setting a bad example and claiming it was irresponsible. Some even went so far as to say that Donald Trump was responsible for killing people by not wearing a mask. Yet now we have a mask mandate in place, so not only was Joe Biden setting a bad example but he was also violating a Federal order and these same people give him a pass.

The day before Joe Biden was sworn in the courts made a decision which went quietly by the wayside but one which will probably become a much bigger issue under the Biden administration. According to this story the court blocked an Obamacare rule which would force Catholic doctors to perform transgender surgery. Here is more:
On Monday, the day before Joe Biden became president of the United States, a federal court in North Dakota defended Roman Catholic health care providers from an Obamacare mandate forcing doctors and nurses to perform experimental transgender surgeries that violate Roman Catholic convictions. The court enjoined the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from forcing these Catholic physicians to perform transgender surgery.
This injunction will prevent the Biden administration from using the HHS and the EEOC to enforce the Obamacare transgender mandate, forcing doctors to provide cross-sex hormones and sex-reassignment surgery.
Just yesterday Joe Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki reaffirmed that the President was a “devout Catholic” so you would think Joe Biden would be happy about this decision, but I think we all know he is going to appeal this decision.

Joe Biden to toughen COVID-19 travel restrictions
You might remember that just the mere mention of banning travel to and from other countries as a way of combatting the COVID-19 pandemic was met with condemnation from the leftists in this country when it was proposed by Donald Trump. He was called a racist, a Xenophobe, a nationalist (which equates to being a Nazi according to the left), and so on.
So you would think that if the left really felt that way than one of the first things Joe Biden would do would be to lift this racist, nationalistic policy once taking office. After all he has promised to lift the so-called “Muslim ban” shortly after his inauguration. But that is not the case and in fact according to this story Joe Biden is prepared to further clamp down on travel to and from Europe and Brazil. Here is more:
THE incoming Biden administration will NOT lift entry bans on those traveling from the UK, Brazil and much of Europe on January 26.
This was reportedly set to end next week under a new proclamation from president Trump, the same day that new Covid-19 test requirements take effect for all international visitors, according to Reuters.
But it has now revealed that these restrictions will not be lifted, and Joe Biden will instead be toughening rules around international travel.
“On the advice of our medical team, the Administration does not intend to lift these restrictions on 1/26.
“In fact, we plan to strengthen public health measures around international travel in order to further mitigate the spread of Covid-19.”
Donald Trump was preparing to ease the travel ban the left has opposed for a year so now the left wants a more strict travel ban. Suddenly the policy is neither racist nor nationalist, but is responsible and required for safety, and it is irresponsible to lift the ban on travel to and from the country. I guess the leftists are all Xenophobes now…

Donald Trump extends border Emergency Order until 2022
Back in 2019 Donald Trump declared a national emergency at the Southern border in order to reallocate some defense funds to build the wall on the border. Now, according to this story, Donald Trump has extended the national emergency for another year. Here is more:
President Donald Trump has extended his national border emergency until February 2022, giving President-elect Joe Biden a helping hand to offset the growing number of migrants heading toward the southern border of the United States.
“The ongoing border security and humanitarian crisis at the southern border of the United States continues to threaten our national security, including by exacerbating the effect of the pandemic caused by COVID-19 … but further action is needed to address the humanitarian crisis and to control unlawful migration and the flow of narcotics and criminals across the southern border of the United States,” said Trump’s January 16 announcement of the emergency extension.
I think we all know that this is all for naught at this point as Joe Biden is simply going to reverse the national emergency if not on his first day in office than shortly thereafter. And unlike every single Executive Order declared by Donald Trump, Joe Biden’s will not be challenged in the courts.

Donald Trump to declassify Spygate documents
We have been waiting for months for a report which was never to come. Of course I am talking about Durham’s Spygate investigation. Now, with just a few days left in his Presidency Donald Trump is finally going to do what he has been threatening to do for what seems like an eternity. He is going to declassify all the documents related to the Spygate scandal. Here is more:
With less than a week left in office, President Trump is declassifying a “massive trove” of FBI documents relating to Obamagate, including FBI documents “showing the Russia collusion story was leaked in the final weeks of the 2016 election in an effort to counteract Hillary Clinton’s email scandal,”
The documents could be released as early as Friday, and are said to include “FBI interviews and human source evaluation reports for two of the main informants in the Russia case, former MI6 agent Christopher Steele and academic Stefan Halper.”
According to government officials who spoke with Just The News, the internal FBI and DOJ documents pending release “detail significant flaws in the investigation and provide a detailed timeline of when the FBI first realized the Steele dossier was problematic.”
One bombshell revelation contained in the documents is an admission by Christopher Steele, who was hired by Clinton’s campaign law firm to dig up dirt on Trump. He leaked information from his controversial dossier to the media, such as the false Russian collusion narrative, in the final weeks of the 2016 presidential campaign to counter the Hillary Clinton email scandal, after former FBI Director James Comey had reopened the Clinton email investigation.
Now that it is too little, too late the soon to be ex-President is going to make good on this threat. Why bother at this point? It makes one wonder why he did not release it when it could have made a difference. What difference, at this point, does it matter…

MSNBC analyst says Trump supporters need to be ‘deprogrammed’
Over the last week or so we have seen social media giants pounce at the opportunity to silence people they do not agree with by banning leading conservative voices on their platforms, as well as to tighten their stranglehold on the market by crushing competition such as Parler. And we know it is only a matter of time before they come after blogs…
This, however, is just the beginning. They are not going to stop simply at silencing the opposition because that means there is always the chance the opposition can rise again. They want to completely eliminate the opposition so that there is only one official opinion and that would happen to be the State opinion.
That is precisely what one MSNBC analyst proposed when he declared that Trump supporters, who he reminded everybody just happen to be mostly white Republicans, needed to be “deprogrammed.” Here is what he said:

New York nurse forced to throw away COVID-19 vaccine rather than giving it to the elderly
According to this story a New York nurse was forced to throw out COVID-19 vaccinations rather than use them on elderly people for fear of being in violation of Andrew Cuomo’s “eligibility guidelines. Here is more:
New York Times reports that in New York, the state is tossing out the coronavirus vaccine rather than give it to the “incorrect” people.
the New York Times had to report (although it’s buried under 30-plus paragraphs) that a nurse eventually threw out seven vaccination doses after the health department told her clinic it could vaccinate only members of “eligible groups.”
On Tuesday, a health center in Harlem scheduled vaccination appointments with about 20 employees at a nearby community health center. When only 12 people showed up instead of the anticipated 20, this caused a problem. Each opened vial contains ten doses and you have six hours to uses all ten before they go bad
The nurse administering the vaccine didn’t know what to do with the eight extra doses, so she called her boss, who ordered her to go out and find people who were approved to receive these doses under the state’s eligibility requirements — a very narrow list that does not include the elderly living outside assisted living centers.
She hit a nursing home, a fire station, a woman’s shelter, and an urgent care center, but only found one person who qualified, so she threw the remaining seven doses in the trash. She had no choice.
Why only certain people are eligible for the vaccine in the first place is a question of its own, but why elderly people, who just happen to be in one of the highest risk groups, are not eligible is also dumbfounding. What does Andrew Cuomo, whose nursing home policy led to the death of thousands of senior citizens you might recall, have against the elderly? Does he consider them to be useless eaters?
It is simply outrageous that this genius has a COVID-19 vaccination policy in place that would force a nurse to throw away vaccinations before letting somebody he deems un-vaccine worth have it, especially when it is going to take months to distribute the vaccination to all those who want it.
And this is not the first time this has happened in New York, a hospital is facing fines for distributing the vaccine to people Andrew Cuomo did not deem worthy:
The [New York] state Health Department is investigating Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital for violating state guidelines by vaccinating New Rochelle school and city employees for COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] before they were eligible.
DOH spokesperson Jonah Bruno said in an email to The Journal News/lohud Friday morning that Montefiore New Rochelle is facing potential sanctions and penalties.
DOH also said that the hospital’s vaccine supply would be reallocated to the Westchester County Health Department. Later Friday, the county picked up 330 vaccine doses from Montefiore New Rochelle, County Executive George Latimer said
