Hillary Clinton Refuses to Give Back All the Money She Received from Convicted Felon/Fugitive Norman Hsu
In case you haven’t read about this yet, Hillary Clinton is involved in another campaign violation controversy. The main steam media is too wrapped up in the Larry Craig gay sex scandal to bother reporting this but you can read the story here.
The latest in this scandal is the fact that Hillary is refusing to give back all the money she received from Hsu.
Though Clinton’s campaign said the $23,000 that Hsu donated over the years to her presidential and Senate campaign and political action committee will be given to charity, she is not giving away the bundled money that Hsu raised.
Bundling is a term used to describe one person gathering a large number of political contributions under the names of many people. It is often done by heads of companies and other organizations who gather donations from employees to contribute to a candidate.
However, this is sometimes done to circumvent the individual contribution limits.
That last line is where the real problem is. Hsu used the Paw family to donate $200,000 to Hillary’s campaign for president and senate, yet she won’t give it back. Not to mention the fact that while it looks good that she is giving SOME of the money to charity, let’s not forget that charitable donations are tax deductible. She is giving nothing back. This is so transparent, yet it is ignored by the media.
But the Paw’s weren’t the only family that somehow manage to donate a large sum of money to Hillary, and to other Democrats as well.
Another example was the Lee family in New York that ran a plastics packaging plant in Pennsylvania. They gave more than $200,000 to Democrats in the last three years. Nearly $40,000 of that went to Clinton’s presidential or Senate campaigns.
Of coarse the Clinton’s are no strangers to campaign finance violations.
The 1996 Clinton fundraising scandal, often called “Chinagate” involved numerous anecdotes but never produced a smoking gun. Reported events included the following:
– Clinton friend Yah Lin “Charlie” Trie pleaded guilty to charges of violating campaign finance rules in exchange for having pending indictments dropped against him in Washington and Arkansas.
– According to news reports in 1997, Democratic donor Johnny Chung received a $150,000 transfer from the Bank of China three days before he handed then-First Lady Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff a $50,000 check.
– Then-Vice President Al Gore received political donations from Buddhist nuns who had taken a vow of poverty.
– President Clinton admitted in 1997 that he invited major campaign donors to spend the night in the White House. The Clintons hosted 404 overnight guests.
– During the investigation by the Department of Justice, about 120 people connected to “Chinagate” either fled the country or pleaded the Fifth Amendment to prevent testifying.
After fugitive Marc Rich’s ex-wife and a Rich friend donated a combined $1.45 million to the Clinton Presidential Library, he was granted a presidential pardon just before Clinton left office in January 2001. Rich fled the United States after he was convicted of tax evasion.
Also, Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign was involved in an illegal in-kind contribution from Hollywood mogul Peter Paul. That incident resulted in a $35,000 fine by the Federal Elections Committee and the indictment and later acquittal of her finance director, David Rosen.
And now Hillary’s campaign slogan calls for change, but it appears the more people change, the more they stay the same.

Bill Clinton was Shocked that Hillary was Involved with a Felon
![]()
From newsday.com :
Former President Bill Clinton said he was “shocked” by revelations that a top fundraiser for his wife is a fugitive from justice and claimed he didn’t even know what “HillRaiser” Norman Hsu did for a living.
“You could have knocked me over with a straw, especially when I heard the L.A. people had been allegedly looking for him for 15 years when he was in plain view,” he told Newsday while touring a county fair in rural New Hampshire Sunday.
“I never knew how he made a living or anything, but I was shocked,” said Clinton of Hsu.
What can I say, except how many times are the Clintons going to tell us they are shocked to learn about the shady background of yet another associate? And how many times will the punlic buy it? Hopefully not this time.

Red Sox Rookie Throws No-Hitter in his Second Start, What it Means to Me
In my opening post when I started this blog I mentioned I would be writing about the war, politics, and such. I also metioned I would maybe throw a post in about the Red Sox and Patriots. Of course nobody saw that post and with the exeption of this post, which was a politically motivated post, I haven’t posted about anything related to the Sox or Pats. This will probably be my last post on sports, but you never know. Before I go into the no-hitter last night I wanted to reflect on my changing opinion of sports, and why I don’t feel there is anything really worthy of posting about sports-wise.
For years and years, since I was a child actually, I listened to and watched the Red Sox. I lived and breathed Red Sox. When they lost a big game, I would lose sleep. It would nag me all day. When they won a big game I naturally felt exuberent all day.
I actually let how the Red Sox performed the night before affect how I felt the next day. Of course, it was never to the point where I couldn’t function or enjoy life. I have never been one to just be miserable all the time. I am an optimist. But, there could be a little nagging feeling deep down in the back of your mind just sitting there to remind you of the losers you were routing for. Read more…
New Hampshire Governor John Lynch Accepted Donations From Hillary Clinton’s Fugitive Fundraiser, Norman Hsu
This is just too good, it actually made me giggle when I read it.Norman Hsu, the fugitive from California who recently turned himself in after it was found out he was a major contributor to the Hillary and Obama campaigns didn’t just stop donating to these two.
Republican state party chairman Fergus Cullen came up with a finding that Hsu had donated $5,000 to the New Hampshire Senate Democratic Caucus and $2,000 to the Gov. John Lynch campaign committee last fall.
That’s right New Hampshire, our little golden boy governor is involved with taking money from a convicted felon, and a fugitive to boot, and a campaign finance cheat. The question I have is, we know he donated $2000 under his own name to Governor Lynch, and $5000 under his own name to the state Democrat party, how many other names did he use, or how many other people did he reimburse to make donations to Lynch and the state Democrat party?
Of course it was just a mistake, isn’t it always?
“How,” Cullen asked, “did a fugitive New York financier and a family from San Francisco get hooked up with Gov. Lynch, Sen. Sylvia Larsen, and (state Democratic Party chairman) Ray Buckley last year? This money didn’t just arrive out of the blue.”
That question was never answered, not that that surprises me. This man, Norman Hsu is a major fundraiser for the Democrat party and I am curious to see if there will be an investigation into how many Democrats all across the nation this man has donated to. And under how many names did he donate? And how many people did he reimburse to donate to Democrats?
I won’t hold my breath. The Democrat party is too busy outing, and persecuting gay people and forcing them to lose their livelyhood to be bothered investigating a scandal that could have such wide-ranging implications.
Colorado School Bans Tag on the Playground
This is a story I have been sitting on for a couple of days and have finally decided to run with it, pun intended. As you can read here, an elementary school in Colorado has banned tag. You may ask why? Is it because children were tripping and skinning their little knees? As weak of an excuse as that would have been, the answer is no. The answer is even more lame.
“It causes a lot of conflict on the playground,” said Cindy Fesgen, assistant principal of the Discovery Canyon Campus school.
How did playing tag cause children to be so conflicted?
some children complained they were harassed or chased against their will.
Okay, it is not fun to be harassed or chased when you are a child but it is part of growing up. We all had to deal with it, unless you were the one doing the chasing. Unfortunetaly, I was one of the chased. I got through it just fine. I was chased alot worse than being forced to play tag on the playground. I got off the bus one day and so did another child, a bully. He found a shitty baby diaper on the side of the road, scooped it up on a stick, and chased me all the way home. After garnering the reaction he had hoped for he chased me home every day. Do you know when he stopped? When I got off the bus, said FUCK YOU, and walked home. He was so perplexed he just walked behind me asking me why I wasn’t running, why wasn’t I afraid of him. The truth is, I was still scared to death of him, but I had grown tired of running. I would rather have him beat me up than run from him any more. That was the last time he bothered trying to chase me.
The point I am trying to make here is that all children face difficulty while growing up, that is part of the process. In dealing with these difficulties children learn how to react to them and they grow as a person because of it. So while banning tag in order to save the feelings of a child may seem like a good idea, you are actually taking away from a learning experience that may help the child later in life when the child, now grown, could have drawn on the experience.
No one likes to see children pick on other children, and when I see it, I stop it. But this goes to the extreme. By over-protecting these children you are actually doing them a dis-service in the long run. These children will never see any kind of conflict if they are always over-protected and will not learn how to deal with conflict or be prepared for conflict if they don’t even know it exists.
Major Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton Arrested in California
I originally posted about Norman Hsu here. He is a major Democrat fundraiser for Hillary and Obama. I know what you are thinking, Hillary involved in another fundraising controversy is not news worthy, she and Bill have been involved in so many. But the mainstream media also consider it not news worthy so it has to be reported somewhere. It might as well be here.
Here is the latest:
A top Democratic fundraiser wanted as a fugitive in California turned himself in Friday to face a grand theft charge.
San Mateo County Superior Court Judge H. James Ellis ordered Norman Hsu handcuffed and held on $2 million bond. A bail hearing was scheduled for Sept. 5, at which the judge will consider reducing his bail to $1 million.
Hsu appeared in court accompanied by a lawyer and publicist, both of whom declined to say whether the New York apparel executive would immediately post bail. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he skipped the sentencing for a 1991 grand theft charge.
In the ensuing years, Hsu became a top donor to numerous Democratic candidates and was a fundraiser for presidential contender Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. He also had contributed to Sen. Barack Obama’s past Senate campaign and his political action committee.

Catholic Priest to Offer Confession to Global Warming Sinners
![]()
I have heard a few people, including Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter, call global warming a religion. Rush claims that the environmentalists believe the planet is God and that people commit sins against it. Now, as can be read here, a Catholic priest is going to start offering green confessions.
Forgotten to recycle any newspapers or tin cans recently? Feeling guilty because you neglected to carbon offset your flight to somewhere, anywhere, outside England this summer?
The Roman Catholic Church is at hand with a new line in “green confessions” to help eco-sinners to find forgiveness.
Dom Anthony Sutch, the Benedictine monk who resigned as head of Downside School to become a parish priest in Suffolk, will be at the county’s Waveney Greenpeace festival this weekend to hear eco-confessions in what is thought to be the first dedicated confessional booth of its kind.
Everyone is trying to get into the act now. I just find this incredible.
Vested in a green chasuble-style garment made from recycled curtains, and in a booth constructed of recycled doors, he will hear the sins of of those who have not recycled the things they ought to have done and who have consumed the things they ought not to have done.
He will hear sins about not recycling? Since when is this a SIN? In a way he is hearing people confess to sins against the planet. Now, I may not be the best person who should discuss religion but, aren’t all of people’s sins against God, when you commit wrongdoing to another it is a sin against God. Or so I was taught when I was in school. It’s been a long time for me, so if I am incorrect about this please inform me, as I said I am not a person who is well versed on this issue. So now we have sins against God and against the earth. Evidentally the priest has some reservations about this:
He told The Times: “It is not, I hope, blasphemous to do this. I do not think it is. It is just an attempt to make people conscious of the way they live. The Church is aware of green issues and of how aware we have to be of how we treat the environment.
Maybe I am taking this story to seriously, I don’t know, but I am tired of everyone jumping on the global warming bandwagon and this is just the latest example. To me this story makes a mockery out of what is supposed to be a serious sacrament.
We have been told that the debate about man-made global warming is over. We have been told the science is settled. We have been told that scientists have a consensus, and that consensus is that global warming exists and that it is man-made. Apperently they don’t make consensuses like they used to, as you will see here.
In 2004, history professor Naomi Oreskes performed a survey of research papers on climate change. Examining peer-reviewed papers published on the ISI Web of Science database from 1993 to 2003, she found a majority supported the “consensus view,” defined as humans were having at least some effect on global climate change. Oreskes’ work has been repeatedly cited, but as some of its data is now nearly 15 years old, its conclusions are becoming somewhat dated.Medical researcher Dr. Klaus-Martin Schulte recently updated this research. Using the same database and search terms as Oreskes, he examined all papers published from 2004 to February 2007. The results have been submitted to the journal Energy and Environment, of which DailyTech has obtained a pre-publication copy. The figures are surprising.Of 528 total papers on climate change, only 38 (7%) gave an explicit endorsement of the consensus. If one considers “implicit” endorsement (accepting the consensus without explicit statement), the figure rises to 45%. However, while only 32 papers (6%) reject the consensus outright, the largest category (48%) are neutral papers, refusing to either accept or reject the hypothesis. This is no “consensus.”
Out of 528 papers written by scientists only 38 papres said that man is definitely responsible for global warming. That is a whopping 7%. We are being lied to on a daily basis, it is being taught as fact to our children while they are too young to offer or even conjure up an opposing view. Sometimes perceived truth is more important to people than actual truth. If we allow our children to be taught this preceived truth as actual truth it will soon be actual truth because there will be no other truth known. Did that even make sense, I know what it was supposed to mean, I hope it reads properly.
John Edwards recently said, as he stepped out of his private bus to board his private jet, that as president he would call on all Americans to sacrifice and give up their SUV’s to help save the planet. When asked about his absorbatant life style he said he came from nothing, worked hard, and he deserved it. Evidentally you, however, have not worked hard enough and do not deserve your SUV.
Edwards’ example is just one of many examples I could site that shows us the dangers of falling into the trap of the global warming hoax. On top of you sacrificing YOUR lifestyle so politicians can continue to live their’s you will also be taxed on your so-called carbon footprint. Global warming is a political issue, a money grap, and I hope everyone out there realizes it before it is too late and educates their children so they are not taxed into oblivion. If you don’t believe it is a trumped up political issue perhaps you could explain to me the 7% consensus on this as a scientific issue. Please do.
Moveon.org is Beginning to Turn on Democrats
According to this article moveon.org may be beginning to turn on the Democrats that aren’t anti-war enough. Rep. Brian Baird’s (D-Wash.) just returned from Iraq and he has changed his position.
Baird recently returned from a trip to Iraq and reversed his position on a withdrawal timetable, citing military progress in the four-year-old war.
MoveOn is calling the move a “flip-flop” and says it goes against the views of his constituents.
Baird goes to Iraq and sees the progress that the mainstream media fails to report. After seeing the successes we have recently been having over there he changes his tune on the timetable for surrender. This is something that the far left cannot have so they immediately target him even though he has been on their side. Moveon.org has too much invested in us losing in Iraq to actually want us to win there, so they have to attack anyone who may have a differing opinion. Even someone who has been there and seen first hand the progress we have made. To them this is the biggest ptoblem of all, progress in Iraq. It doesn’t fit the mold of us already losing over there. Instead of listening to differing views, they look to silence them.
This is more proof that the far left has taken over as the Democrat party base. They are so busy pandering to the far left ideologs that they have abondoned their true base, and that base is the more moderate Democrat voters.
