Gunrunner: Democrats attempt to whitewash Fast and Furious scandal
Apparently Eric Holder’s stonewalling the release of documents pertinent to the “Justice” Department’s involvement in the deadly scandal wasn’t protection enough to put the minds of Democrats at ease, so earlier today Democrats on the Oversight Committee tried to undercut Darrell Issa’s investigation by releasing a false report exonerating Eric Holder.
Elijah Cummings’s report claims that there has been no evidence found during the investigation which implicates Eric Holder in the scandal and also claims that this was just another in a long line of misguided ATF operations, while once again attempting to place the blame at the feet of George Bush. Nothing to see here!
Charles Grassley said this report didn’t pass the “laugh test” because the “Justice” Department has only released 10% of the documents the Oversight Committee has requested.
The article linked to above also brings to light several points Elijah Cummings had to have willingly ignored in order to come to this conclusion and is a must read. There is no doubt that Elijah Cummings and the Democrats are not interested in the truth about this scandal and they are not interested in justice for the Brian Terry family, and they are not interested in getting to the real goal of this scandal–proving the 90% lie–they are only interested in protecting Eric Holder and his minions.

These clowns do not respect the rule of law. They get away with every egregious act imaginable while the American public sits back hoping the system will eventually correct itself through our political process- a pipe dream at best.
I am sure the forefathers and all those who have sacrificed to make this republic work are spinning in their graves. And Americans, with the exception of those of us who have clarity in realizing that a storm is brewing, seem totally clueless….WM

It is a sad state of affairs in this country today; our elected officials do not care about doing what is right, in fact many of the are corrupt, and the American people still seem oblivious to how bad the situation is. This is a recipy for disaster, and it is coming fast if we don’t get serious.
