Did Barack Obama commit a felony as president of the United States?

July 16, 2012

In an attempt to paint Mitt Romney as guilty until proven innocent the Obama regime has declared that Mitt Romney might have committed a felony while he was in charge of Bain Capital and has demanded him to prove these claims are baseless. So this opens up the door for us to examine what Barack Obama has done in the past as well, and he isn’t all that clean either.

How many of you remember the Joe Sestak scandal? I had forgotten about it myself until I read this story, but with the attacks on Mitt Romney the Joe Sestak story deserves a second look.

As I wrote about here; Joe Sestak claimed that the Obama regime offered him a high ranking position in the cabinet if he simply decided not to run against Republican turned Democrat Arlen Spector in his reelection bid in 201o, and if this is true someone within the Obama regime–and possibly the president–has committed a federal crime:

in a letter to White House general counsel Robert Bauer Wednesday, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said that, if Sestak’s allegation is true, administration officials may have violated a federal statute which makes it a crime for a government employee to use his authority “for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate” for certain offices, including Senate seats

Even Arlen Spector admitted that if the accusation was true a federal crime had been committed, and Darrell Issa called for a special investigation into the matter at hand but it went nowhere because the Democrats blocked Darrel Issa’s attempt at gaining documents related to the scandal.

But then came news that Joe Sestak was not the only Democrat who was possibly offered a regime position in return for not running against an establishment Democrat when it was learned that Andrew Romanoff might have received a similar proposal.

These two potential scandals died rather quickly but now that Barack Obama and his minions have introduced the prospect that Mitt Romney is a felon I think they deserve a second look because Americans need to know if their president is a felon and, using the criteria of the left, once the charges have been levied it is up to the accused to prove himself innocent.

He has probably committted alot of questionable acts, but proving them with the MSM running defense will be next to impossible. Yes, I remember it well and since it was not a Republican, it was given a pass. At this point, I am not sure what it would take to take him down, there is too much cover for him to hide behind. If you can find something, let us know.

He has committed many questionable acts, that is for sure and you are also correct about the media providing cover for him. At least by calling ROmney a felon it gives Republicans a chance to bring this back to light if they are willing to do so, and I am not sure they are. If Fast and Furious doesn’t take him down, nothing will!

I had also forgotten about that case. But then Obama crawled out of the cesspool of Chicago politics and I suspect their are many skeletons in his closet. And the slim ball tactics used there have followed him to the White House. Like you say Steve, he has opened a door and it remains to see what happens.

Ron, there is so much that happens in this state that never gets out on the national news, but WE know, the ones that live here! When Chicago was allowed into our White House was its’ downfall, nothing good comes from this state, politically.

My neighbors down below in Mass also see much more corruption than is reported in the news. There is yet another federal investigation pending in Mass and it may result in the fourth Mass House Speaker being indicted for corruption.

I just hope the Republicans start bringing this stuff up Ron. They seem unwilling to do so and we saw what happened in 2008 when McCain refused to attack Obama. I fear we are making the same mistake again, Obama has a record now and he needs to be attacked for it. Playing nice will get us nowhere.

Seastack was my Rep at the time and I recall. He was no choir boy as well. Defeated a great GOP rep by lies just on the eve of the election that were proved false right after the election. I bet most of them are felons if one digs deep enough.

B, you know the MSM loves to post gossip just like those rags that people read. If they did the “vetting” that the oldtimers used to do we would not be in this mess. I imagine if you dig deep enough there are skeletons in most peoples closets, but when you only have to scratch the surface to find that skeleton, then I think I would pass on that person being someone I wanted to represent me. When did we get taken out of the whole process?

Obama has more bones buried in his past than most in my opinion, and if the media would do its job Barack Obama would be unelectable.

No Sestak is no choir boy, you are right about that. I was not trying to defend him, just using him as an example of the Obama regime’s corruption.

We need them to stand up and hit Obama if we are to have any chance to beat him in November. I fear a repeat of 2008 when McCain refuse to go after him hard and I hope the Republicans learned a lesson, but it doesn’t appear as if they have. They will play nice while Obama will stoop so low as to call Romney a criminal and a felon, shouldn’t that alone make them realise Obama isn’t going to play nice?

You’ve got that right Larry, and he has kept that company from the very beginning including his mentor (or rumored true father) Frank Marshall Davis. He has a long history of hanging around with shady characters and that says quite a bit about him as a person.

Tough to prove but I read a story earlier today that on Fox and Friends (a show I never watch) they joked that it seems everything Obama accuses Romney of doing HE actually did himself.

    This fits in with that.

It’s starting to look like there are so many skeletons in everybody’s closet that nobody actually wants any serious investigating. How can you explain ALL the felonies Obama has committed with nothing more than a whimper from Republicans?

That is probably quite a bit closer to the truth than I would like to think but it makes total sense. Obama knows he can get away with whatever he wants because he knows what everybody else has been up to and he knows they would rather keep it hidden. It really is sad!

I was reading about Frank Marshall davis who looks strikingly like obama and a mentor to him, was a card-carrying member of the communist party. The “Fundamental Change” obama is talking about is the exact term frank marshall davis used to describe a communist revolution in the United States.BUT I think obama is underestimating many Americans and he’s actually helping to change congress in November. If obama wins but both senate and congress are republican, aren’t obama’s hands tied??

I wish more people had asked what fundamental change meant, after all it should have been a red flag to everyone because our foundation is the constitution and if he wants to fundamentally change America it had to mean he wanted to change the constitution itself. Perhaps that comment came too late in the campaign to do damage against him in 2008 but I hope people are now reexamining that statement now that they have seen what this man stands for.

I’m rubber you’re glue… Typical stuff from people who can’t accept the facts about Swiss Flip ROBme. He’s going down in flames and u desperately want to switch the subject to anything else. Yeah but Obama did this…., but his campaign did that…. Yeah yeah but Obama ate dog! Pathetic. ROBme appears uncomfortable and defensive, wonder why that is? I get it. U folks don’t care what he’s hiding. It doesn’t matter if he committed multiple felonies, you would still deny and try to draw focus or attention to but… but… what about Obama… he did… Transparent and Pathetic. It would be one thing if ROBme wasn’t such a limp!

Steve- Obamanations misdoings will never come out as long as he has the lame stream media in his pocket. Remember Sean Hannity spent many hours of radio and TV time warning US of Obamanations impending doom…

Somehow we, US not in the LSM have to turn the tides, because all we have been doing is preaching to the choir. God help US as a Nation.
